Luis was an exceptional and knowledgeable manager. He offered to put me near the door and on the first floor to make my move easier. He also explained the various charges to me in laymen’s terms as I was unsure what some of them were. Im happy with the ease of rental as well. I ordered the unit online, showed up the next day and everything was there waiting for me. So easy and no hassle at all. Plus this place was the least expensive in town.

CubeSmart on 1312 Adam Street in Hoboken has been the best experience I have had with storage units. The staff consist of Luis, Valarie, Richard, and Roger. All of these staff members are friendly, helpful, and always have a smile on their face. They will help with any question or problem in a moments notice. I have been an extremely happy customer for 1 year and many more to come. If you are looking for a storage unit. This is your place!
