CubeSmart Self Storage in Hoboken is a clean, convenient, and well-maintained facility. The staff receives consistent praise for being friendly, helpful, professional, and going above and beyond to assist customers. They are noted for patiently explaining the process, showing units beforehand, and helping clients find the best storage solution for their needs. The location is also described as secure.
However, a significant point of criticism involves the rental policies. Multiple reviews mention that the monthly price is not guaranteed for a set period and can increase dramatically, often after about four months, with one example citing a $50 jump. Customers report that while moving in is easy, moving out can be challenging once settled. Despite this issue with pricing, the excellent customer service and quality of the facility lead many to still recommend this location.
