Easy to get prescription. The store is usually well stocked and the staff is polite and caring. Better than the Walgreens around town. I do suggest get your prescriptions in the AM as the line for the PM - after work is long.

Unprofessional, rude and incompetent. The worst.

Got hung up on twice by lady behind counter at pharmacy. Showed up because phone wasn't happening. Called again to see if it was a connection thing or actually being hung up on. Watched her pick up the phone off the dock and put it back on to end my next call. Almost respect the boldness of that

Multiple pharmacy techs are racists. Got endless list of micro-aggressions, including but not limited to being baby-talked or slomo-talked, interrupted mid-sentence, and asked to pronounce my simple name over and over again while holding my ID in front of their eyes. One of them even tried to escalate simply because I had a NJ State ID, acting like I’m an illegal with a forged ID. She also tried to unilaterally make med choices for me and I had to call my doc to call the pharmacy to settle the dispute. I’ve been in the States for over a decade in total in academic and professional capacity so it’s not like my English is lacking. I’ve been only using the location because it is the closest CVS. The actual pharmacists here are actually very nice, courteous, and knowledgeable, but at the end of the day you’d interact only with the pharm techs unless you go counter-Karen against them and ask for their managers; at that point, why even bother?

I will never return to this location. Bad service. Prescription was sent by doctor's office. They didn't have the common courtesy to call me and tell me the medication is out of stock. I spoke to someone at 4:15 and he told me he would process it. Never returned my call to tell me it was out of stock. I wasted 30 minutes driving here.

The pharmacist is the WORST. He is so rude and inconsiderate. His attitude is so condescending. He makes you feel like you are bothering him... it's his job to help people! Today I had a script called in from the minute clinic. After not being able to get in touch with the pharmacy for hours, they tell me there is no record. The person on the phone told me I would just have to wait if it showed up and there was nothing she could do. Couldn't direct me to another person or help me figure out who to contact. Worst pharmacy in Hoboken. Go local.

Worst CVS Pharmacy! I've never felt so insulted by a pharmacist before. I had COVID and I had multiple prescriptions that I had handed over to the pharmacist and after him reading all my prescriptions he asked me if I had COVID which I said yes and he raised his voice at me telling me to back up and loudly told everyone else who were in the back working with him that someone infected with COVID was near there. I was a couple feet away from him before him even telling me to back up but him telling me to get farther was unnecessary when I had double face mask and gloves on. I felt insulted and never came back to pick up my prescriptions.

The Pharmacists need training on how to speak to and interact with customers/ patients. They do not listen and are passive aggressive under the guise of being helpful. Don't bother with this place and go to Walgreens instead.

I personally like this store as they have parking spaces.

Store did not even attempt to contact me when they couldn't fill a prescription due to supply for over a week. Good luck trying to get the pharmacy on the phone when you call, you will wait a long time and they often just hang up calls before even picking up.

I ordered and paid for same day cards online. Zero communication from them about why they're not ready, although they have my text and email info with the order. I had to call, get put on hold, transferred, disconnected, etc. to be told they are out of paper and don't know when they'll get it. Their excuse it that "a lot of people are ordering cards." Well, yes, it is the holiday season. Maybe don't take the money if you can't fill the order? Will never order from CVS again.

I've been using this pharmacy for years, but recently the quality of the service has become terrible. The place is understaffed, calling and getting to speak with a pharmacist can leave you waiting on hold for a half hour and nobody seems to care about the customer. Parking makes it convenient, but I believe it's time to look elsewhere. Save yourself the aggravation and find yourself a better pharmacy.

Terrible pharmacy. Always end up waiting after receiving a text my prescription is filled. Then have to wait in line again to pick up the prescription. Always takes 40 minutes every time. INSANE

The pharmacy is awful, prescriptions are never ready, there is always an insane line due to short staffing and when you get to the counter you are greeted by miserable unhappy employees
