I hate reviews because usually people only go on to blast someone after a bad experience . But I am more than extremely happy to leave a glowing review for Heather at this location. I am not sure of her exact title, but I had a terrible experience at another cvs and then transferred to this location and unfortunately they weren’t able to complete my order as well. Heather then offered to go out of her way and not only figure out a way for my order to be fulfilled but went beyond that and helped in other ways to rectify the bad experience I had at another location. The way she handled this situation needs to be recognized. she showed amazing customer service skills and management level problem solving . Thank you very much Heather for the kindness and professionalism you showed me .

This might be the worst pharmacy in NJ. Atrocious customer service and they could care less about the customers. Go elsewhere, CVS won't care, you shouldn't either.

Eslam excels customer service. He is very knowledgeable of CVS carepass, extrabucks, the CVS app and its feature. Thanks to him I not only got what I need it but save the $12 in my visit.

The pharmacists here are always unhappy, and lack basic customer service skills. Not to mention the pharmacy lacks organization. Just some advice: a smile and a quick, “Hi, how are you?” Goes a long way. ??

Terrible service at the pharmacy. Closed the door on me as I waited after telling me they’d try to fill my prescription by close. Excellent way to treat customers.

Would give negative stars if possible. Had a prescription in December went in for a refill. Was told they would have it ready in 20 minutes. Waited about 45 minutes. Only to be asked what I was waiting for then told "oh we don't have it we're out of stock, we put it on order you can come pickup tomorrow". I come in the next day for pickup they have no record of me coming in the day prior and tell me they still don't have it but on Monday they will. I learned my lesson so called ahead on Wednesday (Giving them two extra days beyond they promised) get told that it still isnt available but that they'll "order it". I ask why this wasn't done on my first visit and just get told sorry we're all out of it no explanation on prior negligence on my previous visits. Then I call again today to be told it is on back order not available. Some CVS a few miles away may have and to call to check if I can pick up there. I ask if it can be transferred to my location and they say no so I call the other location in which they told me that was not the case I should be able to have the prescription available for pickup at my nearest location as it's not a controlled substance. To sum it all up I was not given straight answers on my first two visits when all of this could easily have been explained on my initial visit and I would've been fine waiting.

The Pharmacist Julia went out of her way for me, sat on hold with my insurance company and talked to them for me and helped me with my issue. She's on top of her game and actually cares. Thanks Julia

Got hung up on twice by lady behind counter at pharmacy. Showed up because phone wasn't happening. Called again to see if it was a connection thing or actually being hung up on. Watched her pick up the phone off the dock and put it back on to end my next call. Almost respect the boldness of that

Excellent and friendly staff members, in particular a gentleman named "Richie" that helped me to resolve a purchasing issues on a few occasions and he immediately took care of it for me.

I had loved this cvs but they stole $155.95 from me. I bought a Vanilla debit card on a Sunday. In 14 hours somebody drained the funds at another hoboken cvs. I asked the manager at Clinton st for a refund. He said no and he would not take down the Vanilla debit cards from display. Also he refused to investigate. I called Vanilla. I was told it could take 90 days for them to investigate and they would not refund the 5.95 processing fee or give me interest. This is disgusting that CVS cannot make right on items they sell.

Waited 45 minutes for a schedule vaccine appointment that took two minutes once someone came out to administer the vaccine. Pharmacy staff was very unhelpful when I tried to inquire about the delay and when someone would see me. Go somewhere else for vaccines.

The pharmacist is the WORST. He is so rude and inconsiderate. His attitude is so condescending. He makes you feel like you are bothering him... it's his job to help people! Today I had a script called in from the minute clinic. After not being able to get in touch with the pharmacy for hours, they tell me there is no record. The person on the phone told me I would just have to wait if it showed up and there was nothing she could do. Couldn't direct me to another person or help me figure out who to contact. Worst pharmacy in Hoboken. Go local.

Worst CVS Pharmacy! I've never felt so insulted by a pharmacist before. I had COVID and I had multiple prescriptions that I had handed over to the pharmacist and after him reading all my prescriptions he asked me if I had COVID which I said yes and he raised his voice at me telling me to back up and loudly told everyone else who were in the back working with him that someone infected with COVID was near there. I was a couple feet away from him before him even telling me to back up but him telling me to get farther was unnecessary when I had double face mask and gloves on. I felt insulted and never came back to pick up my prescriptions.
