The least knowledgeable, most incompetent pharmacy staff I’ve ever come across. Avoid!

This store never has stock and most items are sold out. They lock up every item, even low dollar amount items so shopping is a pain that takes twice as long. Old stained carpet and falling in ceiling, worst CVS I’ve been to across the entire region.

The service at the pharmacy is superb and deserves five stars. When a medicine needs to be refilled, the pharmacy automatically sends a message to the doctor. Prescriptions are filled as they arrive. The problem is that there a few people on the floor. The one, perhaps two people, in the whole in the store are (excluding the pharmacy) are always courteous and helpful.

Setup a CVS vaccine appointment online, went to the location, and the conversation goes like this: “Sorry, we don’t have any of that vaccine in store. But you confined my assortment. When do you expect to have it? Don’t know” it is like a Seinfeld episode.

I had surgery this morning and was given an Rx for Percocet to be filled same day for pain following the surgery. Thinking this is a pretty basic drug that should be readily available, I went to my local 14th street CVS to have the script filled but was told they did not have it in stock. I was told the nearest pharmacy that had it was 1 hour drive away. They could order it for me but it would take up to two weeks. I do not live in the middle of nowhere, I live 10 mins outside of Manhattan. For your pharmacies to not have a basic painkiller in stock is frankly unacceptable. How do you not have this available in a major metropolitan area such as NYC?

Pharmacy part works great. The store itself seems poorly run. Photo machined didn’t work for an eternity. Low stocks/out of supplies. The staff has little respect for COVID guidelines. No sanitizer to use when coming in since the pandemic started (it’s a pharmacy for Pete’s sake - the one place they should spray you from top to bottom when entering)

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!!! Go to any cvs but this one, trust me. The blasé attitude of the millennial twerps that work in this store is disgusting. Can't believe cvs would hire these slackers. The attitude is next level. They hide in the back and smoke pot I'm assuming or pop pills based on their lethargic uninterested or aware of the world around them attitude. I needed to get a few things that were locked up so I guess no one shop lifts - who knew deodorant was such a hot commodity? Side bar- at least I'm happy people are taking care of their stinky pits. I digress..... no one around to help, when you do ask nicely for help you'd think it's the end of the world - the eye rolling- the heavy gasps and sighs - oh I'm sorry I'm making you lift a finger!!! You can go back to inhaling in 2 min darling. Cvs why don't you hire someone that would be appreciative to have a paycheck as so many Americans are suffering right now and send these employees and 'manager' back to their parents basement. Just overall horrible experience picking up a few basic things with massive attitudes and also making me pay extra bc they don't know what they are doing (scanning extra, oblivious to how to scan a coupon , etc). Just take it from me skip this store at all costs

I made a flu shot appointment for this morning. Showed up at the scheduled time and was informed by the pharmacy they were all out. When I asked why they didn’t call me in an effort to not waste my time she replied “I was just about to call you but come back anytime after 4pm.” I came back this evening and was informed it was too late and they couldn’t process me. If you can’t at least call people who have appointments, don’t have them.

Monday, I waited on line at the pharmacy for 10 min. Because it was 8:01 when it was my turn, they refused to give me my prescription. The next day, Tuesday, I got there at 7:55 pm and it was closed though it says 8 pm. This has been extremely inconvenient especially since I need my prescription.

Great place to be mistreated. After the staff pull themselves away from catching up on the latest gossip, they find time to slink over to the register, glare at you and mumble something about your phone number and then begrudgingly take your money and walk off as if you've left a foul odor in the air.

Worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with hands down. Don't go here unless you are a gluten for punishment.

I don't mind the fact that they charge .10 per bag... But their employee who pushed the bags on us should be reprimanded. We had a few small items he put in a bag and had a case + 2 big bottles of water which I was positioning to carry out by hand and obviously doesn't require bags. The employee asked like 5x if we wanted bags for the water and said over and over "no thank you". He finally said I'll put the bag inside of the other bag you used for the small items. I just wanted to get out of there and stop talking about bags so was like "whatever". Then get home and found he charged us for both of the bags. It's only .10 but COME ON!!! Are you doing this to all of the customers , or you just already charged us for the bag and didn't feel like removing it? Bad enough there were 4 people on line at first and NO ONE at the registers for like 5 minutes. No work ethic anymore. Good day!
