Absolutely unacceptable experience. I’ve used this FedEx location many times, but today’s encounter with an employee named “Denise”was beyond frustrating. She was arrogant, rude, and completely unhelpful. When the self-scan machine malfunctioned, instead of assisting, she blamed me with an attitude that was both condescending and hostile.
If you can’t handle basic customer service without treating people like an inconvenience, you shouldn’t be working in this role. I genuinely hope “Denise”experiences the same kind of attitude from others in her own life, maybe then she’ll understand how it feels.

I can’t say enough good things about this FedEx shop. Every time I’m in there everyone is always so nice. I needed to print a ton of things last minute for my bridal shower and Vernon was absolutely INCREDIBLE. He was so helpful and sweet. Will come back for any shipping & printing needs in the future!

This is the single worst location of any company on the planet. FedEx is already a complete joke of a service and having to deal with this branch was one of the worst customer service experiences of my entire life. If you have any control of who ships your package choose literally any other company. And if youre as unlucky as I am and have your package held here for no reason instead of having it shipped to your actual address then you might as well forget about ever receiving it. Complete incompetence from everyone involved and they couldnt care less. Basically stole $250 from me by holding my package hostage. Never ever ever ship with FedEx in hoboken if you can help it

Just want to give a shout out to Denise and Anthony, the employees here. Especially Denise! She helped me figure out packaging and shipping for a large painting. She ordered the box, gave a very good description, assured me it was perfect for the piece and she was absolutely right. She figured out all the shipping math and taped every thing together. Thank you so so much Denise!

Every time I come to this store, I feel truly appreciated as a customer because the service is great. I usually see Vernon and sometimes talk to Samantha. Both are very friendly, always smiling, and happy to do more than expected to make each visit pleasant.
This store stands out—while service is getting worse in many places, it's still excellent here.

Inconsistent customer service and preferential treatment. While some employees go the extra mile to assist with printing and scanning, others do the opposite. I waited over 15 minutes for a printing code, only to be ignored by staff as the store neared closing. Meanwhile, a female customer with the same issue was promptly helped and even allowed to send her files to the employee’s email for printing. When I asked for the same help, I was told the store was closing soon and to come back another day.

More than a week ago, I found myself needing to create a last-minute program for a family funeral. Although I had experience with print layout in the past, it had been a while, and unfortunately, the funeral home didn’t provide us with the necessary information in time for professionals to handle the design.
With little time to spare, I ran to FedEx.
My initial design had quite a few flaws, and there was a lot of trial and error on my part. I had to print multiple proofs and brought my laptop to make several adjustments right there in the store. Throughout the entire process, the FedEx team was incredibly helpful. I was there for so long that nearly every team member assisted me at some point—one even allowed me to stay late to help. Despite the extra effort they put into my project, they still managed to assist other customers seamlessly. It was truly impressive to see how much they juggle with efficiency and professionalism.
I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to the entire team. The funeral service went beautifully, and the family deeply appreciated the finished program with all the meaningful photos. Thank you for your patience, dedication, and kindness during a difficult time.

Terrible customer service, not able to complete print jobs as stated online and unwilling to refund for an incomplete job. Had another FedEx location complete the job no issue.

THIS PLACE CANNOT PRINT 36 x 48 POSTER EVEN IF THE WEBSITE SAID SO!!! If you print a poster that big and choose to pick up here, the turn around is about 1 week!!!! And there is no refund!!!!

Dropped iPhone for return. The package was received empty. Can’t say if this center was at fault or fedex itself is not reliable. In either case, it’s a shame.
