Unfriendly and unhelpful. I just needed a prepaid envelope. Could not get help to have it. The staff could not be bothered. Will get it from USPS on Monday.

Came yesterday and the staff was extremely rude. Didn’t help me at all with my package and had a customer help me with it because she was incapable of helping. That was already pretty bad and I told her that how did she allow a customer to help and she wouldn’t even move a finger to help the customers. I tried to let it go and came back today to drop off another package to find the staff screaming at a customer and kicking them out. For whatever reason that she kicked the customer out it is unacceptable that she’s screaming at people in the store. Terrible imagine and I will not be coming back here.

Some of the employees were pretty rude, I was carrying a very large and heavy box. The employee wouldn’t even hold the door for me.The other worker there (Vernon if I recall correctly) was actually a pretty nice guy. Really helpful.

I had to return an item to a store, and I already had the prepaid FedEx label via email. I just needed them to print it. They wanted to charge me a dollar to tape the package up. Really? It’s not even the money, because $1 is nothing, it’s the principle. Why are you nickeling and diming people for some tape? You have to tape the package to send it anyway. That’s ridiculous. They were polite about it but didn’t really want to work with me on a print job. If you have any kind of special print request would suggest you go elsewhere.

Passport photo. The agent told me not to smile????. The picture was ugly and the color was yellowish. I went to Staples, better service, better photo, very nice staff.

I used to come in probably once a week at least to get things printed and I know it is weird to say but I miss literally miss being so close to THIS FedEx.... Everyone that works here is so friendly and kind and helpful. They always say hi to my pup, offer assistance even if I am at the self checkout printers and make shipping super easy and quick. The shop is clean and organized and never too busy. But, honestly, the real 5 stars just goes how nice the staff is. I've never once gotten anything but a friendly face and helpful hand. Anddddddddd end of happy rant about the FedEx I used to frequent and still sometimes do because I know where everything is and how to work the self printers.

Ordered some prints for collection. Arrived and was told I needed to use the computer to print them even though they were for collection which I mentioned more than once to the guy. Having not used the service before I figured I was being told correct and I might need to just confirm my details.Turns out it wasn't right and I got charged for sitting and "using" the computer for two mins whilst I figured out there had been a mix up. Back to the counter different server and explained the mix up and I was given my prints.No offer of an apology, refund for the extra charge on my card despite it being a mix up. Oh and The prints are badly done, ones faded and both have cropped the info on both sides. Not one to post a bad review but Tried to get customer support through the Fedex phone line and the line was so bad I couldn't hear the audio and their online help was no help.SO instead just fair warning. Three mistakes in quick succession and no way to get customer support. Likely wont use this again as I lost money on it and I'll have to get the prints redone.

Worst stuff you can ever met in any Fedex location. Ask client to carry box to their shelf in the back. If they do not pay efforts, they should not be paid. And making bad jokes of big box, asking if dead body in the box :) Nice job you two walking dead :)
