The man that works here is incredibly rude. Didn't even try to help me or understand my situation. Don't go here if you don't want to pay top dollar for what should be a free service. He wouldn't even unlock my phone without charging me $35. Also watched him be blatantly racist to a man trying to ask got his help prior to me. The customer didn't speak English and the guy was yelling in his face like he was deaf - maybe take out Google translate? At least try? Or be kinder. All in all just a terrible experience. Skip this one and sell your used phone online.

My son Dropped off his computer on November 1st. It's now Nov. 16 and he has had no update, no quote, and getting the run around every time he calls, and that is IF they answer. I just called again and it's someone's personal cell phone and a full voicemail box. My son is a college student, this is his main laptop needed for his classes, and I would never recommend anyone drop off their computer with such terrible service while holding his laptop hostage.Answer the phone!

I came to Hoboken Tech when my MacBook Pro screen suddenly stopped working. Jeff was super helpful, ordering a new screen, and when that didn’t work, trying to resolve the issue other ways. I had dropped off my laptop with a three week deadline as I was leaving to travel for ~5 weeks, and Jeff was super accommodating with making sure I had a solution before that time and updating me whenever I checked in. Eventually he told me the laptop repair would be as expensive as a new computer, and offered to instead transfer my data to a comparable MacBook he had in store. (I decided to purchase a new one from Apple because I was overdue for an upgrade). I didn’t have to pay anything, because my laptop couldn’t be fixed.Highly recommend.

About 9 months ago I took my iphone X to get the screen replaced. He did it on the spot for a relatively reasonable price so I was happy. When I got home the face recognition wasn't working and I found out online the security is hardware locked, so I took it back to have it repaired. After blaming me for bringing it there in the first place like that (which wasn't the case), he took my number down to call me when another iphone screen comes in to replace the face recognition. He never called but I let it go because it was too much trouble, now 9 months later the screen is completely not working. Awful experience all together.

Brought my shattered iPhone XS here and I can't say enough good things about the shop. Not only were the staff customer friendly but Ray was fantastic fixed my broken phone in about 15 minutes and threw in a screen protector for free. Thank you Hoboken Wireless and Ray for your excellent service. I would recommend anyone to here to have your device fixed!
