Marilyn was super personable, professional, and friendly! I couldn’t hold it and had to go right in to give my sample of urine and they were very nice about it. Sometimes, that’s all it takes to make someone’s day, being treated like a human. Thanks guys! Have a happy holiday! ✨

Super smooth and easy process! You can walk in or make an appointment online — they’re fine with either. Walk-ins are first come, first served, but they move fast and keep things organized. The staff were friendly, gentle, and professional. Just make sure to bring your ID and insurance card!

tl;dr - Walk in, no appointment - for employment drug test. The whole process took 25 mins.
Walked in for an employment drug test as there were no appointments available online for the next 22 days. Waited for 10-15 mins to talk to the receptionist as they were busy with other people. Was asked to check-in on the small kiosk and fill out a form with my name and the donor pass number. Was seen in about 5 mins, Sara was efficient and sweet. They told me that the results would be received in 24-48 hours.

I went in to have blood drawn for my daughter’s test, and I was a bit apprehensive at first since we’ve had past experiences where nurses had to try multiple times. But their phlebotomist - Chartryce, who specializes in working with children, was excellent. She found the vein right away and had the blood drawn in less than a minute. The whole process was quick and smooth, sparing my daughter so many unnecessary tears.

I've gone here for bloodwork multiple times. The staff here deliver quality care. They listen to what I had to say and seem to really care about me, my health and my comfort. I would recommend them every time.

This LabCorp location is ridiculous. I came in for a simple urine drug test with an appointment scheduled at 11:15. I arrived 10 minutes early, checked in on time, and still had to wait nearly 2 hours to be seen. Meanwhile, I noticed people who walked in saying their appointments were scheduled much later than mine get checked in and out much faster. The front desk lady is very polite, but the time management and scheduling at this LabCorp is completely unacceptable & ridiculous.

The phlebotomist named Marilyn was very kind and helpful, she patiently examed my prescriptions, counted the number of tubes in front of me, she gave clear instructions regarding when to make a fist, when to relax and how to avoid bruises, I highly recommend her.

This place is slow in procesing the request but the person who did the blood draw Jazlene Martinez was really nice. She made sure my daughter was comfortable and did it smoothly.

When this location first opened up it was great but unfortunately overtime the staff changed and got worst. Long wait (One time I waited 3 hours!) only two nurses working and juggling patients intake and bloodwork. One of the nurses can be very mean. One time she got upset because I told her to put on gloves and she purposely jabbed me after my request. Second time she didn't change gloves after working on the computer and coming from a previous patient. Last time I was there her gloves were half way on her hands and hanging out. Unsanitary and dangerous. I wish there was another location in Jersey City / Hoboken area - or this place needs a new management and staff. Please be careful and notice if the nurses are changing and wearing gloves properly.

Twice already they messed up my blood test. Came back saying it had too much potassium and I ended up having to get it retested. My potassium levels were fine.
