We just completed our second real estate transaction with Michael and could not be happier. I wouldn’t work with anyone else. I get the impression that Mike knows everything there is to know about Hoboken real estate. Seems like he has an answer ready to go for any question, and if he doesn’t have an answer ready he’ll have one for you by the end of the day! He’s also very fair & honest and has no problem saying to walk away from a property.

Michael is a joy to work with. He's perceptive, honest, responsive, aggressive and incredibly knowleagable. I met Michael through a referral from a friend. At the time, I was having a difficult time finding a 2-bedroom to fit my budget. The real estate agent I was using kept showing me 1 bedrooms and studios that were not what I wanted. Once I met with Michael, he showed me 2-bedrooms and introduced me to a mortgage broker that educated me on my financial options (aside from the traditional 30-yr fixed mortgage). The advice was amazing, and Michael was able to secure the best apartment in a brand-new building. To this day I have never been happier with my purchase! You cannot ask for a more honest, straightforward, real estate rep to advocate for you. For such a big purchase, he truly puts you at ease and will do his darnest to ensure there is no "buyer's remorse." I referred Michael to another couple who in turn also purchased in Hoboken, and they feel the same.
