I've known Joe for a few years now. He is always sharing his experience and willing to build scenarios to help me budget everything. I like that he takes the time to understand my project and my limits and helps me find the best financial solution without trying to sell me unsolicited types of loans. Not many loan officers will take the time to build several scenarios to help customers simulate expenses. I bought a condo through him, I refinanced it with him and bought a house with him. He is my go to guy. Without his help on the house, I would have lost the opportunity as it was a very complex purchase with the need to have excellent local expertise... He was the only one to find the right solution within my budget and with the right appraisal. Citibank, Chase, TD Bank, Amerisave... you name it! They all failed to provide the excellence in service that Joe has provided me. Plus he is friendly! It's always a pleasure to talk to him!

NJ Lenders' team was simply great! We couldn't wish for a better lender. I've heard all the horrible stories from my friends about the experiences with their lenders and ours was nothing like that. Mike Bovaird provided above and beyond service for the purchase of my condo. He and his team Jason Obrusniak were readily available at all times. Purchasing a property can be stressful, but Mike made this process seamless. We had some hurdles with the seller, but Mike always had an answer and solution. Loved his strategies and suggestions to help me make some serious decisions. The sense of urgency was always at the top of his list. I appreciate all that Mike and his team did. Highly recommend!

The team at nj Leander’s is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and efficient. Joseph sada was absolutely AMAZING! His communication with me was timely, and he always had answers to my questions, even if it was not Business hours he got back to me right away. I would also like to recognize Jason he was very helpful.
