“I called from out of town and spoke with William, the owner regarding an arrangement for my daughter’s birthday bouquet. We were thrilled with the quality of the flowers and the design. The variety of flowers , country roses, ranunculus, hydrangeas and peonies were gorgeous. William, must have outstanding connections with growers as this was one of the prettiest arrangements I have ordered for my daughter.

“The whole staff here is cool but Caleb went absolutely above and beyond to help me with a plant I had whose soil wouldn’t dry out. Without charge or hesitation he spent the time diagnosing the issue and even helped me make alterations to the pot I purchased from him weeks before by adding more drainage. “Ordered a large black raven zz plant. Delivery was a little delayed due to the crap winter we’ve had . On delivery day I was notified consistently with text updates and emails I was very pleased with this process . My plant was hand delivered by Tariq to me at my door within the scheduled timeframe . “Overall they seem to have a nice variety of plants and gardening supplies. I was there to get herbs and they had a nice variety of both standard and organic, with one exception- I didn’t find any organic basil, which was disappointing. My wife asked inside and was told it was on the back patio but we searched everywhere and only found the standard.
Maybe it was because we were there midweek but there was no real help around. The older lady inside at the register was nice enough.
I was also hoping that maybe they grew and sold fresh fruit and vegetables but alas, they do not.
Also, if you read past mentions of a petting zoo or miniature donkeys, they no longer have any animals.
Overall, they have a good variety and were pretty well organized and clean.”
“After many years of bargain shopping for trees at Home Depot and elsewhere, we bought our first 14th Street tree this year. We paid $120 for a 6-foot Frazier fir on November 30, with a $60 delivery fee. The guys who came to set up the tree were prompt and great, but this tree was an absolute rock star. Arrived very healthy and took water until the moment we took it down today, January 11.
Best tree we've ever had. ? Gone but not forgotten.”

Good selection of different philodendrons and ficuses, alocasias, calatheas, sansevierias, and other nice creatures. Some - are very good sized mature ones!

I ended up buying a money tree from them the first time, and a gorgeous pitcher plant the second.
They also packaged my pitcher plant well, so it would survive the rest of my day wandering around Chinatown.”

Then there are some items that have no similarities placed with each other in same area.That's why there is only 4 stars. I'm sure once renovations area complete I will get used to it. It's just the current inconveniences. Appearance was well kept especially for being during renovations.”

“I’ve been going to Soho Flower & Garden in Hoboken for about six years now, and it’s truly a highlight of any week. Every Saturday morning I stop in to pick up bouquets for my apartment, and I’ve never once thought of going anywhere else.
Dom and Katie are wonderful. Katie is one of the most talented floral arrangers I’ve ever met; her eye for design is unmatched, and every bouquet she creates feels like a work of art. Dom is just as skilled, but he also has this incredible depth of knowledge about plants, always sharing the most niche and fascinating details. They complement each other perfectly.
I’ve recommended the shop to so many friends and family, and now they’re loyal visitors too. It's even become a must-visit for my mom who lives in Delaware. Whenever she’s in town, she always pops in to say hi.
But, beyond their talent, Dom and Katie are just genuinely great people. Warm, welcoming, and passionate about what they do. That energy shows in the shop and in every arrangement that leaves it. I live in Jersey City Heights, just behind Hoboken, and it’s still worth the weekly trip. Soho Flower & Garden isn’t just a flower shop. It’s a community gem.”
