  I HAD 2 units here and they were good until the rats took over. They left poop and pee everywhere and damaged sooo many valuables of mine and my partners. Told the front desk and they said we can’t help. Been “talking” to the insurance company for 4 months and they offered me the smallest amount possible and I’m not accepting until I get what I deserve.
  They say they cover up to $5000 in damages and in fine print it says vermin is only $2500.
  They are shady and incompetent and I took my stuff out of the other unit immediately.
  
  Don’t go here.

  Rats took over my whole unit! They never even paid me from my insurance took months to even get that answer

  RATS!!!!!!! They destroyed our stuff, NO ACCOUNTABILITY. We have insurance but after our infestation attack on MAY 17TH! THEY STILL HAVEN’T GIVEN US OUR SETTLEMENT FOR THE THOUSANDS of dollars in damages. They returned our paper with claims that they don’t have proof of items we sent several times to MARILY ALONSO, AND SARAH THE SUPERVISOR. We asked for their lawyer’s information and was refused it. We’re suing

  The costumer service in this storage facility is second to none, I've had my storage units for more than a year now, and anytime that I had any sort of question or inquiry about the facility, I would always get a prompt response from all the staff, especially Victoria, she has truly gone above and beyond to helped me select units that were fitting for my storage needs and rental budget. Victoria better get a rise soon and all the staff in this facility are truly great! 10/10 would definitely recommend.

  I recently transferred to a smaller unit and was so pleasantly surprised at how helpful Victoria was throughout the entire process. I have never experienced such dedication to assisting customers with what could have been quite challenging for me . She is an absolute delight and they are very lucky to have her working there .

  If you don’t set up insurance, they will Jimmy your locks and steal your property. They will tell you don’t worry you don’t need it because we have cameras in the hallways. The cameras don’t work. Stay away from them. Management doesn’t care and they’re in on the scam. It’s all an inside job.

  I honestly can’t say enough good things about Victoria at Public Storage in Hoboken. I was moving in this past Saturday with two truckloads of belongings and five movers on the clock, only to discover that the light in the unit I had reserved had gone out. It turned out to be an older bulb that required a special replacement, and a work order had to be submitted—which meant the unit was unusable, as it was completely dark inside.
  
  With no time to spare and no easy solution in sight, I was really starting to panic. Thankfully, Victoria stepped in and saved the day. She quickly found me the largest available unit, and while it was smaller than what I had originally booked, my movers were able to make it work with some creative packing (plus an extra 4x4 unit). Victoria also kindly helped me coordinate lunch for the movers during a very intense and stressful day.
  
  I’m incredibly grateful for her help—she truly went above and beyond. She’s a real star!
  
  P.S. Since the two units I now have cost more than the one I originally paid for, I’m hopeful that management might honor the original rate, given how last-minute and unforeseen the situation was. Victoria has already reached out to inquire on my behalf, which I truly appreciate—hopefully they’ll take it into consideration as a gesture of goodwill. 🙏
