I had a terrible experience at this Walgreens. I went inside to purchase an item, and despite being a paying customer, my car was still towed! There were no clear warnings, and the staff was unhelpful when I asked for assistance. I ended up having to pay $265 in cash just to get my car back. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam targeting customers. I will never shop here again and strongly advise others to be cautious when parking here.

Yesterday I scheduled an appointment for a meningitis B vaccination, and once the shot had been administered is when I noticed that it was actually a MENVEO vaccination, the complete opposite of what I asked for. now I have to wait ATLEAST six months to receive the correct vaccination. I confirmed with them many times if I was receiving a meningitis B vaccination. I am beyond frustrated, and I can’t even do anything about it.

Absolutely DO NOT SHOP HERE. I have been a resident across the street for years. The staff was never great to begin with but now if you buy something from Walgreens you must immediately move your car. They are watching on the video feed so if you go into the Trader Joes for even a minute you are towed. They didn't even have a sign posted and I purchased something from their store. So many better options than to deal with this staff and customer service.

Cashier was extremely rude. Wanted to purchase a product that was 7.29. Rang up 8.49. Told him it said 7.29 on the shelf ( I checked, was correct item). He said there’s .56 tax… evidently he can’t do math. I told him the sticker on the shelf says 7.29. He became so full of attitude I walked out. 1300 Willow about 445pm

I placed a photo order and received an email telling me it was ready for pickup. At the store, they told me the canvas is out of stock, and that the email is "sent automatically, but doesn't mean the order is actually ready". That's ridiculous.Then, several days later, someone called me on the phone and told me the order is ready for pickup. I went to the store again, and they couldn't find the order.I still got charged for it. Never again.

Understaffed & under stocked. When it was still Rite Aid far better- on all levels. Just waiting for it to "underperform" enough so they can sell the very valuable property.

RUDEEEEE!!!!!!! i came in doing an instacart order and it was super disorganized. aside from that i got what i needed and went to the line. i usually say hi or greet them but i noticed how the cashier was and didn’t say anything like i usually do. so the lady at the cashier is definitely old i think she had glasses and looked indian or egyptian (not sure honestly). once she checks everything she doesn’t ask if i want a bag, which is understandable, but come on most if not all cashiers ask if you want one. so i say “sorry can i get a bag?” (she’s lucky she got the sorry) so she rudely HANDS the bag to me, unopened so that I can do it. (i have 0 problems doing it but it’s YOUR job to bag items as a CASHIER????) and i also reach my hand over to grab the receipt because i noticed that it printed and she was grabbing it and instead of putting it in my hand, she ignores it and places it on the counter AWAY from it?? so i took my time and bagged it and didn’t say a word to that stupid a-hole… next time (if i go) she will be having a conversation about respect. and i hope she reads this review too.

I hate having to write a 1 star review, but this Walgreens needs to be knocked down or bought by another pharmacy. It’s understaffed, and the staff they do have are rude and unhelpful. They never have inventory. It was literally robbed right in front of me. They don’t have any self check-outs, and only have 1 person working all the registers. I ordered a print and they didn’t notify me that they couldn’t print it because they haven’t stocked paper. It’s all just a mess.

Got humiliated for using a coupon by unfriendly cashier. Apparently the coupon was for a very specific item I didn’t happen to notice. When I asked the supervisor, if I could quickly exchange it, she said I had to get back in line with a condescending smile. Mind you, the line had gotten way longer at this point and it’s only been about a minute. One of the pharmacists kindly rung me up.

Store is chronically out of stock on basic items, the refrigerators have been broken for months so no cold items are available, and the UPS drop off/pick up service is unreliable

I should have read the reviews before… the most pathetic and unfriendly cashiers … I will never spend another dime at this store again it was the worst services I’ve ever had. If you want to preserve your peace don’t enter this Walgreens
