Very helpful staff! My sister and I went in and Rafa helped us shop for lipsticks, lipliners, skincare products, etc. He was very helpful, took his time helping us and showed us how to use the products we needed, as well as how to use other products we were unsure about using to compliment our look in case we decided to purchase them another time. Rafa was great and very funny, making our time there very enjoyable!

I have been to many Sephoras and I love makeup. I am a college student and I use the Sephora app for points or rewards many times. The first time I tried this Sephora, I was with my friend. Not only is this Sephora very small and crowded, the workers are very rude. I am Hispanic with very curly hair and I am black passing. I wear makeup everyday and I wore makeup this day, as it was a light makeup look but still noticeable. I was carrying products I want to buy and looked around at the products that I might be interested in. As I was doing this, my friend was getting shade matched for a foundation and she was doing this with a very kind worker for a while. While I’m looking around I notice that a worker that is a POC is glaring at me the whole time and following me. She also ends up shoving into me a few times. She does this without ever saying a word to me. This ruined my experience and I just wanted to leave as soon as possible so I rushed my friend as she was getting shade matched. Once she was done, I check out with a small order. This experience ruined my day and possibly my whole week as this really upset me. I don’t know why she acted this way and I would think it is racial profiling if she wasn’t black, but she is! This is the first time I have ever felt like I’ve been profiled which is odd because she is a POC. I would think that maybe it was my makeup that made her judge or act this way, but I was wearing a decent amount of makeup that looked nice so this whole experience is very puzzling. I hope I never see that worker again as all the other employees were extremely nice. I have thought about this experience a lot and I have convinced myself that maybe this happened because I was carrying the products I was going to buy instead of grabbing a basket. Due to this experience I always pick up a basket when I walk into a Sephora even though I typically only buy 1 or 2 things at Sephoras, which is no different from this specific experience where I only brought one item.

Rocio is a queen!!! my mother has vitiligo and it’s hard for her to find a foundation match. We’ve gone to soo many places and never found the right combo of products and pigments. I feel like people end up giving up on her and it broke my heart. Rocio spent almost 2 hours helping us and we found the perfect combo. She took such a weight off my shoulder and my mothers. It was hard for me to see her struggle with her skin but now I can see her confidence shine through. Thank you so much Rocio!!!

I visited this Sephora location and was disappointed by the lack of customer service. No one greeted me upon entering, and when I approached two employees with questions, both seemed impatient and quickly moved past me. I ended up having to search for the products on my own while also being careful not to block the fast-moving staff. The overall experience felt rushed and unwelcoming. This location could benefit from better customer engagement.

I bought men's colognes here just 1.5 months ago. Now when I showed up, I was told they no longer sell men's colognes. Every other location I've ever been to, (3x) carried them. I will no longer be stopping by this location since they no longer cater to men anymore. With out men's colognes, all of the men's demographic is now turned away from your location.

The woman that work in there are so rude, everytime I shop there. Testers are so dirty and disgusting and always missing. The only person who is remotely nice and helpful is a man who wears glasses and has black hair

This Sephora is my go-to spot for everyday essentials, and my recent visit exceeded all expectations thanks to Rafa. I came in looking for a new tinted sunscreen, but Rafa’s expertise and thoughtful recommendations had me walking out with so much more! Rafa truly listened to what I was looking for and suggested amazing products that not only fit my needs but also complemented my selections perfectly.
What stood out most was Rafa’s genuine care and kindness—he made sure I was completely satisfied and confident in my choices. While I initially planned to pick up just two items, I left with 12 (Rafa’s guidance was that good!). Highly recommend connecting with Rafa if you’re ever in the store!

I went in looking for assistance on how to properly apply face makeup and my shades and my expectations were far exceeded when Sydney came to assist. She was able to pick out items that matched my skin tone and teach me how to apply them. She really took her time to explain each step and why it was important as well as answer all the questions I had.

So, I went to Sephora yesterday …. And when I tell you no one greeted us , no one said anything to us .. they looked at us like we weren’t supposed to be in the store …. All the workers looked disgusted that we were there .. so my friends and I ended up leaving .. mind you I really wanted to shop to get some of the new summer Fridays … we all felt uncomfortable and just left .
