Nail tech was very rude and unhygienic. I asked for a UV Gel extensions set with a small design. He immediately denied it all and then proceeded to do plain white nails as his call. While buffing down the gel, he buffed down the skin around my nails which began bleeding. He did apologize but proceeded to use the same piece of equipment with blood on it. He tried scraping off some of the blood with a nail polish bottle and then continued using it as if nothing happened. Finally he used his own color choice and disregarded the one I had chosen. Overall, received nothing I wanted and I would NOT recommend this place.

Got my nails done here and 3 days later, my full set of nails became detached from my natural nail by the cuticle. 3 different nail techs did my nails, it took over 2 hours, and the tech told me a different price in the middle of my service than what was said in the beginning (+$45- No extra length or design). I can feel my natural nails are damaged and my cuticles are cut to the point of bleeding. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years & never had this experience. Will be requesting a refund.

Cheap, but probably one of the worst gel manicures I've ever had. In using the file to take off my previous gel manicure, they created such a horrible texture on my nails. Looks terrible and will probably take over a month to grow out...

Terrible place… sanitary conditions were bad.. Whoever did my medi was so in rush to get it done.. she wouldn’t wait a bit to let the first coast to dry and put the 2nd coat.. I waited at least 30mins but my nail still couldn’t survive till the next day. DONT GO!

i went to show nail spa to get my nail done for prom. I love the way they did my nails ? ?this just a regular gel manicure. the photo of my nail is 3 weeks after I had it done. I was happy that this lasted me a good month surprisingly. I was told and searched that they are suppose to last up to 2-3 weeks. the areas there are clean and has a very pleasing atmosphere. i highly recommend!

The women who work here are very sweet, but there’s a man named Kenny who is extremely rude to the women working so hard. He disrespects them and appears to treat these hardworking women so badly. It is uncomfortable for the clients. He needs to learn how to act in front of clients and treat them with respect. Without them he has no business.Service: Pedicure

I like getting my mani and pedi, but I strongly do not recommend having your gel manicure removed at this place. They rush and tend to remove a lot of your natural nails. So damaging to your nails.

I would give this place a 0 if I could. Came in to remove acrylic and completely ruined my nails. She tried to glue my natural nail back together and sprayed some unknown substance claiming it was “quick dry” - it had a horrible smell and definitely seemed toxic. $25 for 15-20min of work and destroyed nails. Better to go anywhere else!

They do a nice job, but I would not recommend getting your gel polish removed here. They're very harsh with the nails, probably because they're rushing to finish as many clients as possible. I've been coming here for a while now and they take a lot of your nail off during the process. This is what destroys your nails. I still come here since it's convenient, but I always take them off myself before coming here. It's actually not that bad if you YouTube the process. Plus, it will save you some money on the removal cost.

Wow, I used to come here a lot before I moved into the city. Gigi recognized me and often greeted me and chatted me up. Well I've moved back in the last year (after living across the river for a few years) and it has been awful. I've given them several chances and always tip 20% if not more on the FULL amount even after getting the cash discount. I have been given the newest tech every time seemingly without reason (or so I hope). It's awful bc I usually get a spa pedicure and a regular manicure (I usually just ask for clear polish on my nails). So pretty easy I'd say. It sucks because I live right across the street from this place so I can run over and get my nails done pretty quickly.

I always have a great experience at Show Nail Spa. Last time I had the best gel pedicure - she really took the time and made the effort to help my cracked dry heels, it was a miracle how smooth they were afterwards! Manicure was excellent too. Everyone is friendly and they often have walk-in availability.Services: Manicure

This place definitely waters down their nail polish. Mine had bubbles on multiple nails. Regular manicure - first chip next day, not even being rough. Second chipped nail day after. Three days in, five nails were badly chipped. The place is quiet and the service is nice but quality is not good. Also for pedicures, they barely file / scrub your feet. The pedicure also chipped quick, which has never happened to me before since my toenails are so short.

Suki gave me the worst powder dip manicure I ever had! I immediately asked her during the 1st base coat why there was empty space between the cuticle and polish. I requested she bring the polish up towards the cuticles to cover the entire nail. Suki responded that she was going to do a 2nd coat and file it and it would be ok. I was not happy with it and told her upon completion and she pretended to not know what I was talking about. The shape of the nails were also not what I wanted as she made them much pointier than my preference. I asked she keep the original shape but she did not. Suki did only one coat of polish on my French pedicure instead of the standard 2 coats. The French dip manicure and French pedicure cost $100 and I walked out feeling disappointed and ripped off as I could have done a better job myself. I expressed my concern in the salon but it was not remedied which is why I decided to post my rating. There are better technicians there as I never had a problem in the past but I would never let Suki do my nails again.

They wanted to charge me $7 to remove 3 acrylics that were hanging on by a thread (even though the sign says $5 for a full soak off when you're getting a manicure) ... so I tore them off myself. Still charged $3 to file some remnants off of one nail. And this is how the regular manicure turned out. Bumpy and careless. Just....don't.
