Amazing location and amazing service! Nelly is really the sweetest hairdresser. She listened to me and really wanted to understand what I wanted for my blonding service. I still have yet to talk to anyone... it's like they want you to schedule an appointment without talking to anyone. I'm a very personal person and I can't drive nearly two hours without speaking to anyone. I've attempted to make appointments and I have yet to see a response from my multiple attempts at multiple locations. They want you to download an app... deposit your money and never talk with anyone!! Makes absolutely no sense to me. However, I would still love to experience their services. I just can't imagine traveling that far and never speaking to anyone.

I made a color consultation appointment with Nelly with an interest of doing highlights (without bleaching) on my jet black hair. Nelly supported that if I didn't want to bleach it then don't bleach me. She pulled out some inspirational photos for me and suggested that I do a full balayage. We agreed on the color (caramel). So the day of my appointment comes, and the whole process took approximately 2.5 hours and I love how it came out. My hair does not feel dry and still looks/feels fairly healthy. Nelly only takes one customer at a time, so I had the whole salon to myself. She's very warm and very easy to talk to. We shared many funny stories on a nice Saturday afternoon. Will definitely recommend Nelly if you're considering a balayage.

Literally would not go to any other place!! Elizabeth is so incredible that every time I leave the salon I feel so fab and feeling amazing!! Her and Nelly are the sweetest and I always look forward to coming back!

If I could, I would give it 5+ stars! Nelly does amazing colors. Nelly makes you feel like a home and is the sweetest person you will ever meet! Every time Nelly does my hair, I feel like a new person and confident! If you want to color, balayage, haircut or anything to change up your style, Studio 12 is definitely the place!

I have gotten my hair colored and cut by many people throughout my life, but Nelly takes the cake!!!!! She is amazing, prioritizes keeping your hair healthy while doing beautiful coloring, cutting, and keratin treatment! She is so accommodating and I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Nelly was awesome! I went in for a drastic change and showed her photos. She gave me the exact cut that I wanted. I absolutely love my new style. She was also very friendly and the salon was very clean and welcoming.
