Worst customer service ever...the dmv is better. There were 2 tellers and 3 customer reps and only 2 customers in the bank including myself. I asked a teller about security deposit box availability and if I could see the sizes she politely asked me to wait. I sat down to see there are 3 customer service reps 1 on the phone ok and the other 2 just chatting maybe even training, but not even acknowledging there is another customer there waiting. Or the fact that I was sitting there for over 10 minutes waiting I got frustrated and left needless to say I'll be closing my account there. Was told the Manager on service was Andrew Dynes.

TD Bank needs to do better when it comes to management. Devry Pezant poorly manages the bank located in Hoboken. It is sad to see the employees struggle and have to pull extra weight because of such an incompetent manager. He doesn't pin the customer's card, he can barely print a statement. He treats his employees like garbage. He doesn't even say goodbye; he leaves at whatever time he wants whenever he wants. I know he stays active online on teams and clocks in, but he won't be at the bank. He only recognizes customers trying to reach him if they are physically at the bank. He is a confused banker because he does NOT know how to do his job. The fact that he's been a manager for years and can't do the basic things all employees who work at the bank should know makes absolutely no sense. He can't even manage behind the scenes this man does not know how to fix a time stamp. He couldn't even change my account while I worked at the bank to say I was an employee. He can't order anything all, it falls on either the assistant manager or the teller manager because Devry does not even know how to order anything! Not pens/ deposit slips, nothing. He does not know how to handle Gaurder, he cannot do the procedure for the life in him. Oh, let me tell you one more thing: this man tells the females to put a smile on their faces but not everyone because he wouldn't say it to the teller manager, but he has never told the males to put a smile on their faces. He only cares about the money being put in his pockets. He only worries about selling credit cards and the percentage of money he will receive for not spending the corporate money. He barely wanted to take his employees to do anything for employee appreciation day. It would be best if you guys asked, at least. Please check your staff and look into what is being said seriously there is so much wrong that get looked past. There is no security for the customers or employees. They were robbed a couple times and still have no secuirty. Don't expect Devry to stick up for his customers or employees because there is constant disrespect that employees get and devry hides downstairs or in the corner of his computer with his head down. If your'e a customer he will act passive and but then recieves angry costumers who come in questioning him as to whether or not he is actually doing somehting about there situation and its sad to know he isn't.He waiting for someone to tell him what to do.

I find it interesting that when my male coworker, Brandon, comes into the store that you’ll are as nice as you could possibly be. When I come in (a female) you’ll have an attitude, and think you can just throw it at me. Work on your interpersonal, and customer service skills. Thank you!

That is a messy bank Ever!!! Set up the stupid rules of the waiting scan and take people who walk in without any respect! Such a mess- asking manager the staff is rude and unprofessional. Never care about customer. Just get more frustrated and stressful experience in this location. Unprofessional! Don't use please!

Excellent customer service by Jonathan Morrison. Opened up a new joint account and he explained everything perfectly. Took his time to show us how to deposit a check via the mobile app and in person. I would definitely recommend this branch. Kudos to Jonathan and the staff
