“My one tire has been leaking and requiring air almost every two weeks. I went to another place who stated nothing was wrong, but if I wanted to I would have to change all four tires because they “do not make my tires anymore since you have an older car” . I went to Omar’s after reading his excellent reviews. He was extremely welcoming, and in no time fixed my tire and did an oil change I needed as well. My tire had a nail that the other place missed! The prices were also extremely reasonable. I will definitely be a repeat customer!”

From basic maintenance to major repairs, Joe, Roger and their colleagues treat customers like family and as a woman, I don't take that for granted. They always show me what they are fixing and why and they are always more than willing to work with you on financing and figuring out ways to work together. I'm selling my car, so I have to say I'm a little sad I won't be seeing them for a while. Thank you Aamco :). I'd probably recommend you to do the fuel injection cleaning on your own but the other prices for engine tune up, spark plugs, and ignition coil were fair.”

“After many bad experiences at my GMC service center in Sunnyside I asked neighbors for recommendations more local to where I live and many mentioned Broadway Auto Center and Harris. Today I visited for an oil change, inspection, an issue with my windshield sprayer and concern about a potential issue with my car. They took my car in and called me once they had had chance to thoroughly look at the car. Harris was excellent explaining everything to me and noted he couldn’t identify any issues. After speaking to me he did a second thorough check (including driving the vehicle) and again didn’t note anything. Rather than charge me for something that wasn’t an issue (my old GMC garage did this) he noted all the checks he’d done - and didn’t charge me for all the time he had spent. For the first time since buying my car many years ago I felt heard and treated with respect and honesty. I will be returning whenever there’s anything needed for my car from now on. Highly recommend!”

This is a hands-on shop -- not one of those places where a "service manager" greets you in a white jacket -- so don't expect a "free" cappuccino. “I can't say enough good things about this auto shop! My water pump seized unexpectedly, causing my belt to be destroyed. Despite it being after hours, they took my car in immediately and went above and beyond to help me out. They even managed to get the necessary part from their vendor, who was already closed, by pulling some strings.
The level of service was excellent, and they understood the urgency of my situation, making it their responsibility to get my car back on the road as quickly as possible. The repair was completed promptly and at an affordable price. I highly recommend this auto shop for their exceptional dedication and service !”
