I’ve given this salon more chances than I should have, but unfortunately the experience continues to disappoint.
First, the pricing is all over the place — I’ve been charged different amounts for the same service by different staff, with no clear explanation. It leaves you feeling like you’re being taken advantage of, or like they just don’t know their own pricing.
Second, the quality is incredibly inconsistent. One nail technician was great, but the last two times were awful. The gel manicure chipped within hours — when it should last at least 10–14 days. Turns out they didn’t seal the edges properly, so of course it didn’t hold. I’m tired of going back for fixes or touch-ups after every visit. It’s a waste of time and money.
The manager is also rude and dismissive. I clearly asked (twice!) if they had time for a gel manicure, and was told yes — only to be blamed later for “asking for the wrong service.” Instead of acknowledging the mistake or miscommunication, she doubled down and made it seem like it was my fault.
I’ve also witnessed staff arguing with other customers — loudly, in front of everyone. There’s very little professionalism or care.
Unfortunately, this place just isn’t worth the frustration anymore. Plenty of better salons out there that respect your time, money, and trust.

This is the best nail salon in Hoboken and I’m sad I waited this long to try it! Jennifer did my first gel manicure, and my second visit Rosy did my gel manicure and spa pedicure. Both ladies were amazing and I have high standards! The receptionist(or manager she was the manager?) who’s name I forgot to get is also the nicest person ever and extremely helpful.

Today I came in for a UV gel extension and pedicure. I showed Hannah what I wanted and she was able to explain what was needed and accommodated me perfectly. She listened and made my nails and toes look so beautifully natural. Hannah was very sweet and professional and she made for a very happy experience. Will definitely be back !

got a pedicure and the woman (Alexa?) literally scrubbed the bottom of my feet raw. They are still sensitive and tight feeling two days later. I’ve never had this happen to me in all the years I’ve gotten pedicures. I will never go back

Called to make an appointment. Told them I could come by any time that worked for them, but they wouldn't give me a time. I suggested a time, they said ok and made the appointment. When I showed up, everyone was busy. I waited 15 minutes past the time of my appointment until they started assisting someone who arrived after me, supposedly because they had an appointment with a specific technician. No apology was given and no attempt was made to so much as suggest that I would be seen shortly. I left and will not be coming back. Tip to the owner: suggesting that one customer is more important than another will NEVER end well.

The BEST nail salon in Hoboken by a mile. Jennifer is so talented with UV gel, kind, patient and takes her time. All the ladies there are so sweet, helpful and welcoming! Great prices too. I would run and not walk here! I went to modern nails for the longest time but won’t be returning there after I discovered Jennifer and her team at Tuttis!

I am reading a lot of negative reviews here which is puzzling. I get a pedicure here pretty regularly and I am always impressed. The place is very clean looking. It has an all-white motif so it was dirty, you would know. But it looks clean. Very clean, in fact. I pay slightly more for a polish that lasts longer, but it's worth the extra money. They are not super chatty, but they provide the services you requested, take your credit card pretty quickly after and that's that. But most customers seem more into their phones and magazines anyway, so they are probably just giving people their space.

Have been going here for years. Jen does UV gels and is amazing. Very friendly and professional place. They all welcome me and my little fur baby. I would recommend making an appt.

They do an ok run of the mill par job $55 for mani pedi. Decent pedi massage chairs. They always really Really try to push the more expensive spa pedicures and when you decline they get salty and do a mediocre job. No massage of the legs no back massage in the dryer. It’s a nice place tho. Used to offer tea not anymore.

I got a pedicure here and this is definitely the best pedicure in Hoboken!!! Alyssa massaged my legs with exfoliating lotion AND with a regular lotion. She also used hot rocks to massage me!! This was such a relaxing pedicure.Also, it’s clean and huge in there which is great compared to most nail salons where you’re packed in!I will add that I have never gotten any manicure here so I can’t speak to the quality of that. I do Gel X nails myself since I couldn’t find a good place around here but I’ve never tried it at tutti.They have a rewards program where you can get points and when you reach 10 points it’s $10 off. I got a $60 specialty pedicure and I already have 3.9 points from it. Overall great pedicure experience

Clean and decent place. Prices the same as everywhere. I've done foot massage and gel pedicure. Was glad with masters job! Will come back
