Wanted to borrow a stapler to put one staple in a paper envelope. One staple! Told no but I could buy tape. Didn’t feel very helpful.

Went here to get some simple print outs for a wedding. Wanted to know if I could use my own paper in the printer. The owner walked in immediately rude before he even knew what I was going to ask and was completely rude to his own employees. I walked out. Don’t give this man your business.

When they are not busy, they are slow. When they are busy, they are even slower. They have employees listening to music enjoying their leisure but not willing to help customers in the line by opening the second register.

First they don't like the packaging box,then they charge 1usd for putting a piece of tape ona box, then I wrap the box in plastic bags and they say it should be in a different box. Ridiculous service!

Employees need to be retrained or fire them. Super rude staff when I went in today. I had to go to fedex right after and they were amazingggg. Goes to show you don’t care about your customers.

Soooooo RUDE! I think JOHN needs to be Re-trained. HE NEEDS TO LEARN HIS PLACE. There’s no room for being unprofessional when working with the public. If you don’t like you job YOU SHOULD GET A DESK JOB SOMEWHERE WHERE THERES NO PEOPLE TO INTERACT WITH.

Staff was rude and was not knowledgeable about shipping. Spent $500+ just for UPS to return my package.

Horrible experience every time I’ve been here. They overcharge you for absolutely everything and the woman who works at the front is extremely rude and unprofessional. If I could give this store 0 stars I would.
