This UPS store is a customer service gem! I had to send a parcel and was in and out in less than a minute. It was an absolute breeze.

Scammers for money and immoral. My nanny came to return a package here. It was HAPPY RETURNS, a UPS company and it said “no need to package or print label.” (See image below!) But the UPS store made her buy a box because they said the item need a box, and then said sorry they don’t have the printer to print label. So they charged her for a box knowing they don’t have the printer to print the label. So they scammed my hard working nanny out of her money to sell a box. BAD AND IMMORAL! It was much better when Justin used to own it, the new owners are scammers! Will also be reporting to BBB.

service is poor and sucks! Screwed up to get a package to the right process facility for return. Took over a week to find it out.

They said the shipping is all set and then adjusted for another $200 two weeks later after I paid $150 on site. It is the worst shipping experience I ever had. I wish you UPS guys had the worst Christmas in your life as well.

Ebay instead of UPS paid the credits but I don't think UPS has fixed its problem. The return credit should be around $200 and $8 was deducted for no reason again. I won't call UPS or Ebay again but leave a note here so you know how much will $8 cost.
IT IS UPS's responsibility to fix its overcharging issue and it still sent additional charges for other items. I don't understand how this kind of business can still survive in this country. Even considering $150 and $55 without this $200 overcharge, it is already $200 to ship a item with 5-7 days, it is still too crazy. I will never consider UPS in the future because it is terrible while the staff seem proud of this level of service.

I like coming here when I am returning an item to a store and the label is prepaid. The team is friendly and efficient.
I do not, however, recommend coming here if you need to pay for shipping. The prices are insane and I can't make any sense of them. I attempted to ship a 6''x9''cardboard envelope to Florida and was quoted $40- as that was crazy, I asked what the USPS ground rate would be and was quoted $21. I left and took the envelope to USPS, where it ended up costing $5 to ship. Most recently, it cost $4.87 to print 2 pages in color through their printing service. I truly can't comprehend how they come up with these prices.
