Anthea, the women In photos of other reviews here, was by far the rudest person I have ever met. She opened the conversation by yelling at me, and when I returned with the correct forms she said she already closed the ticket and that she would not help me until I booked a new appointment for days from now. There was not a single other customer in the building waiting for be helped, but she dismissed me anyway and threw a cardboard box in the window. I'm honestly shocked this women still has her job despite all the multiple complaints about her.

The most unhelpful, incompetent passport post office clerk.
Passport walk in hours are listed 1-2pm, and by 1:21 the ONLY passport clerk said she “had to leave to get to another job” and closed the window. I had all of the paperwork and didn’t need a photo. When we begged her to take our son’s application she said, “are you really trying to go back and forth with me right now?” In an extremely aggressive manner. Other customers in line had called that day to confirm walkins were accepted from 1-2.
I should’ve checked the Google reviews because i see this has been happening for months, if not years. How is this acceptable?

The woman was extremely rude and mumbled in a way that only she could understand. Even in work-related explanations, there may be things the customer doesn’t know — we are not all postal workers. When I couldn’t understand her, she bluntly said, “You’re stressing me out.” I was the only one applying for a passport, so there was no line, but it made me wonder — even if she doesn’t need to enjoy her job, was she simply born without the basic courtesy one should have? She’s a person who has never learned how to treat others.

Tameka was amazing ! She was patient , informative, and professional. She made the passport process easy and less stressful. I got there on time for my appointment and she was able to help me right away. I am happy I made my appointment at this location.

Been getting the wrong mail for weeks after they replaced our regular guy. When I called this office to complain about this, the rudest woman on the phone was yelling and making accusations against me?! Where does USPS find these people to work for them? She was supposed to be 'the supervisor', but I've never spoken to someone so rude, arrogant, and unprofessional in my life.

Arrived at 8am to a line of people, waited 40 minutes - staff never came to advise why no one was assisting customers. I ended up leaving - highly recommend finding a different USPS location, I’ve never had a good experience here.

This is my first negative review but I have to give it, but this post office non-professional attitude is beyond my imagination, we waited about 2 hours for a passport appointment and the officer kept giving us troubles. Avoid this office as best as you can!

I arrived in person to apply for a passport, but the staff informed me they do not accept walk-ins, despite their website indicating otherwise.

I’m sitting here literally waiting for the remains of my cat to arrive. I get no notification, no call, no message through my butterfly system that there is a delivery attempt yet the USPS tracking says a delivery attempt was made and no one was here to sign. Absolutely horrible & heartbreaking to be anxiously waiting for your pets remains only for some incompetent worker to completely fail at their job.
