Always a negative experience. To say the service is slow is to put it mildly. I walked in at 8am to drop off a package. There is already a short line, and not a single worker in sight. After 10 minutes, someone shows up to announce their systems are down, come back later? Unfortunately, a consistently poor experience is what I have come to expect each and every time I visit this post office.

The women at the desk at 9:45 this morning was boarder-line abusive to costumers. Her behavior and language was astonishing.

Should add more staff to the office (or open more counters). Many people just waited in one line. Also, the staff cannot make an estimation, just sold me a book of stamps (because I need to send my tax returns forms). However, I did not need so many stamps! The staff just told me to bring my documents because they need to weigh them (although I told them the envelope size and the number of sheets)!

Supremely efficient & even though there were only 2 people on line ahead of me, one of the agents came around and helped me utilize the self-checkout machine to scan my QR code and print my shipping label. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes & even though the workers were not overly friendly, it was a helpful and positive experience

There was only one clerk working and the supervisor wouldnt help other customers. So I waited a long time for individual service since there was only 1 clerk. However, she was very helpful with my questions about my passport renewal form and how to complete the mail order check. It is $209 with the rush fee.

Faster than normal post offices and friendly staff. Was done in 10 minutes preparing and shipping 4 packages.

I want to take a step ahead and fill out a complain to this station master or someone who is controlling this branch or even the federal service so this place can be used for better services. This staff doesn’t wanna work, no help. Being rude to customers like for real. I will take a step ahead soon if my package is not delivered and returned to me. The lady was so sure it won’t be delivered as if she is the customs manager!!! I have sent packages so many times and i never experienced such rude unprofessional staff. Do your job or go home! Pls don’t be dependent on this country or get a bad reputation. And you need people skills - IMELDA.

The staff are completely unhelpful and are not even nice about it. My mail forwarding is lost forever and according to the supervisor, Brad, it’s all my fault. The USPS has degraded into an incompetent disorganization.

Horrible experience at Hoboken NJ Post Office. I tried to send an envelope with very important documents to Trenton NJ. The clerk tells me the zip code was not recognized by their system. Well, the zip code was correct but she shows me what her computer suggested. I paid to have it sent snd left. At home I checked and saw I had the right zip code. Came back and retrieved my package before it went to the wrong place. The supervisor was able to find my package but could not refund my money. I tried to get my refund and I had a very hard time and I was told I could only get a refund by the same clerk that did the transaction. She was out to lunch and I had to wait , I’m still here waiting for her. One thing is for sure. I will never return to this posy office and probably avoid any post office in the US if that’s how they do business.

Really rude employees at this location. They roll their eyes on customers without giving any proper service or help. It is a shame that no one can oversee the quality of USPS service. These people do not deserve the job. They should be fired.
