Incredibly rude. I got off work early to box up and send a small package. They kept hurrying me even though nobody else was there. I had to label and tape it myself. Mail guy literally escorted me out the door when I dropped the package off, didn't give me a receipt even though I paid, then failed to deliver my package and blew me off because I didn't have a package number that THEY refused to give me. Priority shipping! I will never come here again.

From my experiences the staff have always been very kind and helpful. It is conveniently located within Hoboken and has all needed products.

There’s a lady named Lori working the front of the office, that either needs to retire or adjust her poor attitude. I watched her talked down to everyone in line ahead of me, and I was no exception. Definitely choose any other post office location unless you truly want someone to ruin your day.

There are zero covid precautions taking place. No one is enforcing how many patrons wait in line, no one is six feet apart and everyone is on top of each other. I just felt so uncomfortable I had to walk out. At first I was waiting outside until it emptied out and was cut by two people who went inside. Then I tried to stand by myself in the vestibule to maintain a distance from the other patrons and two people walked in and squished into the vestibule with me rather than waiting outside. I was so uncomfortable I had to walk out.

I've never had a problem at this branch, even during the worst of pandemic. Staff always polite- amazingly so considering current situation.

Staff here is rude and ego, poor facilities. If you didn't equip with necessary equipment, why the branch located on the e-label available list? Waste of time.

I went in to purchase an envelope and a small box this morning at 10:30am. I kindly asked for what I needed and the lady that was there gave me an attitude for no reason because she was confused as to what box I was referring to, mind you, the boxes are listed on the wall as "small, medium, large" and are numbered as #1, #2, etc. Its not rocket science. Then she gave an attitude because I wanted to send the package the same day. I guess she didn't want to take 5 minutes out of her day to work. Then she asked me to purchase tape when in the past the other kind lady would give me the tape that they have behind the counter, which I've used every single time I needed to send a package for the past year. So I kindly asked why and she didn't have an answer other than that I needed to buy the tape. So I decided not to purchase the box and left. Please work on your basic customer service skills. It's really not that hard to be a nice human being for 5 minutes. One star is being nice.
