This place is a joke! The one person here went to the back, knowing that there were people lined up, and didn't come back out. People kept coming and leaving because nobody was here or coming out. At one point I had to yell for attention and she said "just leave it!" To which I told her I needed her help. And she kept talking on the phone and went back to the back, and people continued to come and go. When she did help, she stayed talking on her cellphone the whole time. If I wasn't forced to use USPS for the passport, I would NEVER come here over FedEx or UPS. I would pay triple the postage for actual service. A shame.

Great neighborhood Post Office. The lady who helped me ship my package internationally was super sweet and assisted me even after I messed it up multiple times. I appreciate that kind of Customer Service.

Horrible. Avoid. Just go to the post office uptown. I came in to simply drop off a return and had the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time.

Horrific.. A woman named Marwa who'm I have seen many times fighting with people openly, once again yelling, cursing and acting like she is some "gangster" girl from the streets. It's laughable. She acts so tough because she is behind a secure window and knows nothing can happen to her. .. I just saw her not just instigate and be rude in an awful manner to a woman who just asked a simple question, she had the audacity to involve me and others in her bickering ... I was like.." YOU STARTED IT".. and "DON'T INVOLVE ME!!".... When the woman left after not wanting to deal with her, she kept on yelling and screaming as though the woman was still in the store. (not servicing anyone on the line). It was insane. She was having a mental breakdown and talking to herself and what it seemed like an imaginary person. Marwa needs to be removed from her position and placed in a mental facility. I prey she does not have children that depend on her. Hell, I prey she doesn't even have a goldfish. It's that bad.

The ladies at this location are exceptionally nice and kind. I came here today to mail a box and send out few letters. After sending my box, I was filling out my envelopes for the letters I was sending. A disabled gentleman with speech aphasia needed to mail something. It was very difficult to understand him. The lady behind the counter immediately came around and tried to help him with his request. At some point he needed to phone a family member for more info. The mail office clerk very patiently waited for him to get the needed information and spoke to the family member at some point for more guidance.I was very impressed by this lady's kindness.

I've been coming to this location for three years, I was amazed at the outstanding customer service they provide here, from the very first minute you arrive they welcome everyone and take the time to answer everything you need. In these last few times I met Marwa who is awesome!

This is a small, but usually BUSY, very convenient U.S. Post Office. I love the location...and the USPS workers there are very helpful and nice--despite all the stress they are no doubt under. There is a small area where people are often lined up. A separate hall where one can drop off large and small letters. They are efficient. If you live in Hoboken (especially northern Hoboken), it is great to be able to simply walk to the Post Office. If you are driving here, you may be able to find temporary parking on the street--but there is parking lot, and you could get a parking ticket...

I LOVE this US Post Office on 14th Street in Hoboken (between Washington and Hudson). Last week, I needed to mail a petition to the US Tax Court for a client. The petition by the taxpayer is considered timely if either received by the Tax Court, or there is "proof" of timely mailing. I literally walked in the Post Office at 4:29 p.m. -- 1 minute before closing time. I was the only one there, and received wonderful, personalized, and PATIENT service from Ms. Marwa (who, after I asked, admitted that she needed to pick up her young children from school by a certain time). My mailing was fairly complicated, involving a self-addressed, pre-paid envelope, and insurance, and proof of timely mailing, etc. Marwa was so GRACIOUS, KNOWLEDGABLE, HELPFUL and PATIENT. Five stars! I love the convenient location of this Post Office. Yes--sometimes there is a line...but usually the wait is no more than 10 minutes max. The workers there are experienced, knowledgeable, efficient, and PATIENT. It's a cute and much needed Post Office. I will be extremely upset if TOG gets re-elected and hires some crook who wants to shut down post offices to limit the ability of citizens to mail in votes. The US Post Service is one of the oldest and most trusted institutions in America. And the little Post Office on 14th street in Hoboken is exemplary...and show why we American love our US Postal Service. BTW: The Petition arrived early at the US Tax Court the very next day (as guaranteed...)
