I have been a long time customer of The Green Room for a few years now. They sell quality products, reasonably priced, and it's always a seamless process whether buying in their store or online. What prompted me to write a review was I had recently purchased an online order during the Cyber Monday sale. Despite TGR sending it out the same day I ordered it, the USPS managed to lose it. Tracking did not reflect an acceptance scan for over a week. I was initially very upset at this, given my positive experience with TGR, and sent an admittedly passive aggressive email. Despite my frustration, TGR had another order sent out literally the same day I raised the issue and it arrived literally the next business day. About another week after this... my original order finally arrived... I emailed TGR offering to mail it back and they told me to keep it for being a long time customer. Needless to say, I will continue to be a long time customer.”
