I had a great experience here a few weeks ago when my SIM card stopped working. Someone assisted me as soon as they were free and resolved the issue quickly !

Disgusting thieves! They marked my order as picked up when no one was able to pick it up. I made sure to file a police report and will be taking Verizon to court. This is unacceptable.

Very RUDE employees! Especially Jessica!I went in due to my phone being lost or stolen she barely looked at me asking to scan the QR code I explained I don’t have my phone so scan and was asked to wait, ok fine. Mind you was rude to everyone that walked in. I waited for almost an hour and then she proceeded to take someone else before me. I was polite and asked said I as there before them and she asked me again if I signed in! I said no AGAIN I LOST MY PHONE and she thought I left and didn’t see me there sitting behind her for an hour!! Then when I explained again my phone was missing and was hoping if they can help me to order a new one, clearly I’m a bit stressed, she then tells me rudely they can’t do anything to help and I have to go through asurion insurance online to get a new phone. WOW!! I waited and hour for her to tell me that when I could have saved my time if she listened in the first place! Will NEVER GO BACK!

The most rude employees i have ever encounter. The worker was of no help with getting my phone that i had paid for but they were having internal issues. I called customer service like i was told and they told me all was good on there end and the store should be releasing the phone. When i went back to the store for the third time i let them know this and the guy basically told me nothing he can do and he couldn’t help and walked away without even try to help me. I asked for the manger three times and he told me nothing he can do either. The Verizon customer service rep i was on the phone with in the store was so applauded with how he talked to me, he apologized mutiokes times and said he was making note of it to pass along to try to get back to someone. I’m glad i was able to cancel my order from them that they won’t release to me so i can give my business to a store with respectful workers

Big shoutout to Osei for his help today! I came in with an iPhone that decided to die last night and needed a new one ASAP for work. I showed up this morning and Osei was so helpful. He troubleshot my old phone to see if it was salvageable, then when he didn’t have any luck with that, did a great job of finding the best deal for a replacement phone. He presented some alternative options, like deals on a new Apple Watch, but was not at all pushy. Always respectful and helpful, and truly invested in making sure I got what I needed out of my new phone. Overall a surprisingly painless experience made enjoyable by my positive interaction with Osei & the rest of the staff.

I had to go to the downtown Hoboken Verizon store twice this week due to phone issues and it was the best experience I've ever had with Verizon. The staff (especially Gene) was friendly, helpful and patient. They provided exceptional customer support - would recommend!

Wow. And a huge thank you to manager, Hanud! I went to Switzerland and when I arrived, I wasn't able to make or receive calls, send or receive texts. I spent HOURS on a borrowed phone with Verizon customer service who were useless. Had to buy a Swiss SIM card to use while there. As soon as I returned, went to the Verizon store in Hoboken where Hanud quickly diagnosed the problem and knew what to do to get my phone up and running again. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you!!

I had a short amount of time while I was on a break at work where I was in a rush that I needed to get a new SIM card for my phone & they did it very quickly & efficiently. Very friendly as well. Perfect service

Upgraded to a 14 Pro. The individual that helped me took down my shipping address incorrectly after asking me 3 separate times - he still got it wrong! I literally spelled it out for him and he told me he had it right. WRONG! Bc of this my phone was never delivered and I was forced to waste 2.5hrs of my life on the phone w/ Verizon to reprocess the order. I physically went in to complain about this and was told to call Verizon - Verizon CS said they could have taken care of this in the store. What a joke. Just do your job. No one wants to work anymore.

Awful experience that ruined my evening on 17 January 2023. Went to the shop with my 65 year old dad to buy him a number. Arrived at the shop at 6.45. Registered at 6.50 and received a notification that is one customer in front of me. 7.30 have been taken 3 customers. In my comment that they shouldn’t sent me this message (as obviously would have left the shop and wouldnt wait for 40 min as my dad has health issues, something I mentioned) an employee who didn’t have a label with his name in order to mention him in the review and didn’t provide full contact details, was rude to me and shout at me. He did that without taken accountability of his (?) mistake with the message, in order to create pressure from other clients waiting. Shame to Verizon for your employees attitude and to the rest of the employees for doing nothing. You should not bully customers. Video footage should be available as I mentioned date and time if anyone from Verizon wants to investigate the incident.
