W Hoboken is a modern and stylish hotel that offers a great location for exploring Hoboken and accessing New York City. The hotel's service is generally impressive, with friendly and attentive staff, though some guests have experienced inconsistencies in service quality. The rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, providing stunning views of the Manhattan skyline. The hotel's amenities, including the rooftop bar, are praised for creating a vibrant atmosphere. However, some guests have noted high prices without basic amenities like breakfast and free Wi-Fi. Overall, the W Hoboken is a popular choice for those seeking a luxurious getaway, with a mix of positive and mixed experiences reported by guests.
I had such a wonderful stay at the W and the service is always exceptional. This stay was even more special due to the gracious acts of Destiny. My birthday isn't for another week but she went out of her way to leave a gift outside of my hotel room. Truly made my day! Thank you to the entire W team.
