Lack of help at the store is ridiculous mangers are lazy and I feel bad for the workers especially cashiers because they always look stress . Also always have to wait long for customer service and everything is locked up.

Special shoutout to Lynn and Angelina? (Angelica?) who were working Monday night. Angelina answered the phone in a kind manner letting me know I could still come in for a passport photo. Lynn made that happen! She was eager to help and very knowledgeable. Their willingness to keep services open and running smoothly at a late hour really saved me in a pinch! Great customer service by both of them!! Thank you!!

This is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever seen. The store is understaffed constantly. The line at the Pharmacy is unacceptable. In the summer the air conditioning is non-existent. It gets so hot that food is melting on the shelves. The store should be shut down by the Heath Department.

It's a Walgreens so you know what you're going to get. I've found the people there to be pretty friendly although I haven't had to wait for assistance now that a bunch of stuff is locked up. I blame society for that more than the store. Here's a tip... purchase everything you want on the app and set it for pickup. It's always cheaper than the in-store prices. But, don't allow for substitutions since you don't know what you're going to get.

Employees are great. The pop country music is not. Things are enow locked- like $2 potato chips. can be a bit dystopian when the aircon breaks and portable units are all over the store and the front door is jammed so leaves blow in.

SOMEONE from the corporte office needs to make a visit. This store is HORRIBLE! Workers are MISERABLE. The pharmacy is the worse!!! They dont open until 10am they never have anything.

This store should be better, especially in this area!! People working here are rude, don't know how to say excuse me or simply a "Hello and good bye with a smile" ! They have stuff everywhere in store and will give you attitude cuz you need to walk through. Really if yo don't want work, please give a job to someone else's! Either the owners or managers are sleeping! Not looking good for Walgreens!

Pharmacy management is awful at Shipyard. Today with a time specific appointment for vaccine, I was told the wait would be over an hour at least and I must stand there till they call me. Really unacceptable. I feel sorry for the employees who must keep apologizing to customers rather than doing their jobs.

Store isn’t very clean and the lines are too long. So many things including potato chips! Are locked up. Why. Also there HASN’T BEEN AIR CON at this store for weeks be prepared to nearly pass out while waiting in the line that takes forever

Everything is now locked up and no one comes to help. Needed deodorant, kept pressing the button, walked around and couldn’t find anyone. Then went to the cashier and she made an announcement and still no one came. I stood there for 6 minutes before giving up and leaving the store. If you are going to lock up your products then ensure your staff are working!
