I've been coming here for years. Frank and the staff are like family. They provide excellent customer service and really care about patient needs. Frank is always willing to go the extra mile to assist. I give them 5 Stars because Willow Pharmacy is the best pharmacy in town. I highly recommend them!

Their website and store front said they were open until 3 PM on Saturday, I came by at 1:45 PM and they were closed.

Customer Service Is Horrible Here And I Am Just On The Phone. Calling In To See If They Had A Certain Medication Available For My Son And I Was On Hold The First Time For 10 Minutes And The Second Time For 13 Minutes And Never Got My Question Answered. I Tried For The 3rd Time And The Automated System Said That They Were Closed A Whole 2 Hours Before Google Said They Were. It Shouldn't Be This Hard Just To Get Information.

My 17 year old sprained her ankle pretty badly and we needed a boot. Not only did they have what we needed in stock, but everyone in the place was super friendly and eager to help. They have all sorts of durable medical equipment and this should be your go to place if needed. I'll have to switch perscriptions over to them as well! 100% highly recommend!

I walked in today and the place was stifling hot. I was sweating just standing still. Their were 2 people there. Maybe Even 3 at one point and I waited a minute and not a single hello. I'm big on customer service as I've worked in this field for years. I had to kiss alot of a** to even make it and it shocks me that people just won't even say. Hi, I'll be right with you!

I’ve been going to Willow Pharmacy for 25 years and I lived in JC and now Bayonne. I refuse to go anywhere else. This place is family, they educate you, their patient and caring. Willow is truly your neighborhood pharmacy. Thank you Frank and family.
