I had a concerning issue with my exhaust – it was hanging off and dragging. Upon bringing it to this mechanic, they quoted me $850 for the repairs. Feeling uneasy about the estimate, I decided to reach out to another local mechanic for a second opinion, and he confirmed that the price was excessive.In an attempt to find a temporary solution and avoid the high cost, I asked if they could secure the exhaust temporarily, allowing me to drive the 10 miles back home. Unfortunately, they declined this request, leaving me with no choice but to call a tow truck.Upon reaching the mechanic's shop, I was shocked to discover that instead of securing the exhaust, they had opted to cut the entire system off, realizing that I could have driven without needing a tow if they had chosen a more reasonable approach.Overall, my experience with this mechanic was disappointing. The initial quote seemed inflated, and their decision to remove the entire exhaust rather than finding a temporary fix for my immediate needs demonstrated a lack of customer-centric service. Communication about the process and alternative solutions could have significantly improved my overall satisfaction with their services.

I have a 2007, manual transmission, Subaru Impreza Outback Sport (which I LOVE....) I've been coming to this place for years. Owner is a former US military pilot, and definitely knows what he is doing. He and his adult son hire and keep mechanics who know what they are doing.They are HONEST and fair...and although I am not a mechanic, I am told, and I sense, their work is high quality. One thing for sure: I trust them to be honest and fair... That's the culture of the place. I like that they let me leave my car there, and I can walk home.

Fuck them. I came at opening time and asked how long an oil change would take, they told me 2 hours. I called after 2 hours and asked when it might be ready. They rudely told me "later today," "we'll call you," "later on," basically refused to give me a time. I had a plane to catch in the early afternoon so it mattered how long it would take. Complete waste of time, I had to come get my car and leave for the flight. In those hours I wasted I could have gone somewhere else and gotten it done. Losers

Too busy?? The owner gave me 3 hour time for a 15 minute job. Then, thanks to miscommunication from them I ended up making an extra journey to their shop only to be sent home. Didn’t get any apology but rude behavior from the owner. Learn to apologize

Came here for a new AC compressor. Paid almost $3,000 for the repairs. The new compressor was making noises that were so loud, I went to some other mechanics and they told me this mechanic installed an after market, cheap AC compressor into my car. After I paid almost $3000 for a new one. I went back to the mechanic and they told me I’d need to leave my car here for a while so they can replace it with a different one. I told them I’d need to come back because I drive a lot for work so I need to my car. When I came back to drop it off, they suddenly they didn’t want to fix it and told me they don’t hear anything. I showed them videos I took on my phone of the noises. I dropped my car off and after three days they told me it’s fixed and has a new compressor. Now six months later, the ac compressor Is making the same noises again.

This place is ridiculous. It's a tiny corner shop and they spend so much time shuffling cars around that it's impossible to get service. Owner has a bad attitude on top of that, like it's you're fault for being there. I overheard many people complaining about the work done on their cars while I waited for a repair that never happened. Ended up walking out when I saw so many unhappy customers.

I brought my hybrid car here for an inspection and they messed something up with my car. Before I was getting ~35 mpg, after only 19 mpg. I went back and explained what was going on they said they couldn’t even look at it for another two weeks and told me to “prove it” that they messed something up.So not only did they mess up my car but they had a lot of bad attitude. Don’t waste your money and time with these rude people.

I've been going here for years. They always get the job done, from tire repair to bigger jobs. Good people, good prices. The place is small, and that's good if you want great personal service.
