Tuesday, February 20th 10:20AMWent to make a large business purchase for several new computers and accompanying equipment. Waited half an hour for no help to arrive. Went to staples and purchased everything within 30 minutes. Go elsewhere and save your time. I couldn’t imagine how bad this is on a weekend.

Very knowledgeable sales person. Great information of what kind of TV was the best for the dollar. A great deal on a 85 inch TV. THE ONLY SREW UP some how they submitted a credit card application for me when I already had a card. I don't how it happened but my credit score went down 22 points which I am trying to rectify now.

They need to hire and train more employees as a customer walking around trying to purchase stuff. You can't find somebody to help you. And it is difficult to find somebody with knowledge to help you. But I was finally able to complete my purchase.

I made a purchase, took to the cashier and asked if I could use My Best Buy store card. He told me my card expired. I could reapply. I did. He asked me what credit card I wanted. I told him twice I wanted a store card not a credit card. Four days ago I received a letter from Equifax needing more information for my credit card. I called 8 numbers, dealt with 5 recordings and 3 people. The last person hung up on me! I repeated 8 times I didn't want a credit card. If one arrives I will have a conversation with Holmdel, NJ store manager in person!!! I will NEVER shop there again!

I accompanied my boyfriend to Best Buy in search of a new phone. I recommended Best Buy because I’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience there in my phone service, as well as in purchasing laptops over the last several years. We approached the Mobile desk, and the young man sitting there could not have been more unprofessional or rude. He seemed extremely bothered by the fact that we needed anything and said “before I burn any more valuable brain cells, can you tell me if your account is a business one?”His demeanor was so inappropriate I couldn’t believe it. And at one point, he turned away from us and was joking around with a coworker totally ignoring us who were waiting there for service. I left the area and found a very kind young gentleman and explained the situation. He came over to help. The two young gentleman that eventually did help us were wonderful and explained everything, and got us set up with a new account. I cannot get over how unprofessional this one young gentleman was. His own peers were pointing it out, as he was yelling and carrying on while a coworker was talking with us. I have no idea how this young person has job. His behavior was really not just unprofessional, but honestly unacceptable.

I went to 3 different best buys to try to purchase an iphone 15 pro. I talked to best buy costumer service first to make sure the store had the product in stock and if I had all the information needed from my AT&T account to purchase it in store. So my log in, password and passcode. I'm under my wife's AT&T account and she was out of the country at the time. When I got to the store, they asked for her ssn, which the representative on the phone did not tell me I needed. I called multiple times after and they were all the same 2 Indian people telling me I did not need my wife's ssn to purchase it in these specific locations. So I drove to this location and to where they asked me for her snn. So much wasted gas and time just for best buy to not be all in the same page.

Difficult/Impossible to get help. It's better to buy online, and wait the extra day or two for your product to arrive. Especially if you need a phone, you could wait well over and hour for help at this Holmde, Nj location. I asked other staff members that that looked available, but they said that only best buy phone department employees could help me. I waited 45 minutes as a watched many other employees chatting with each other and hanging out so they appeared to be not helping any other customers at the moment. However, they were not allowed to help me pay for the phone I needed because it was not their department. AND it is NOT the individual fault of these employees either, it's just a poorly constructed distribution of duty on the part of the corporation. Also, the phones available in best buy were notably cheaper to buy online. So, I waited 45 minutes for the one working employee (who was anointed to hold the appropriate employee ranking to put my money in the cash register, for the phone I wanted to purchase) to be able to assist me. During this 45 minutes this specially trained employee was assisting only one other customer. Now, I would never make assumptions or hard judgments on the reasoning of this employee who is under an authority that I don't really know much about, but I thought it was odd for him to not be able to take my purchase quickly on the register , that was only about 5 feet from where he was standing while another customer was determined in taking their time to carefully choose which phone they wanted. I was on my lunch break from work so, unfortunately, I was not able to stay until closing to see if he would be allowed by the best buy comporation to help me before closing time. I luckily found the phone needed $82.00 cheaper online by easily searching on Google, that comes with a free heavy duty case, instead of the flimsy case offered in store at best buy that are rather expensive for not such a great product. So, I was willing to make the compromise to wait 2 days for my new phone to arrive rather than two days to be assisted by the best buy employees who holds the correct clearance to take money for a purchase for a cell phone at a cash register.

Bought multiple TVs. Salesman never even told me his name. His interpersonal skills were awful. Good I knew what I wanted.
