We used to go to this salon and taken care by Mary and had a pleasant experience. Today my wife went for a haircut and was taken care by an older lady with glasses. After she supposedly finished, my wife ask for my opinion. The cut at the back was crooked, staggered and I told her this is not correct. The older lady got upset and asked us to leave. She told me I am not the one who will tell her how to cut hair! Wow I was stunned! I told her you ask us to leave after you messed up the hair! I asked for the owner info to file a complaint, she told me that she do not give out info for complaints. The older lady threatened and actually called the police on us! Yes the police was called and I was threatened because I complained that the haircut is not good. Calling the police on me for a complaint is a violation of my first amendment rights. Meanwhile she was still trying to fix the cut. When the police arrived, another hairdresser by the name of Courtney offered, finish and fix my wife's hair. A long one here. I took my 14 yr old boy there a few months back to try out and had a pleasant experience with Mary. So we kept going there a few more times and Mary was excellent every single time. Today we were taken in by this older lady and I decided to go with her instead of waiting for Mary. I stood there as usual as my boy is a quiet type and I always stayed near by to make sure he got the right hair cut. Nonetheless I stay quiet. I do that at every salon and nobody ever had an issue. After a few mins in, she flipped out out of nowhere asking me to go sit down unprofessionally and rudely. I would have been fine and understanding if she would have asked me nicely. But she was so rude for no reason and on top of that, she threatened to stop cutting his hair. I just told her to stop and left the place. I have never encountered anything like that in my life. Her hands were very shaky also btw. And she looks miserable and doesn’t look professional like others there. With that being said, I will never go back there again and will warn anyone I know about this lady. Employee like that ruins the business and needs to be reported. Wish I remembered her name. She’s the oldest lady there (prob in her late 50’s) with glasses on, tired unprofessional looking and shaky hands.

The old lady there is really ruining this business. She's very unprofessional and rude. She has shaky hands also. She treated customers very poorly. She was the reason I stopped going there. Today one of the baseball moms told me her experience with that same old lady. Needless to say her family will not be going there ever again as well. I'm surprised she still works there. I hope to god she's not the owner.

Online appointment system was in error and waited for an unneeded amount of time. it updated twice and added time from 0 to 6 minutes after waiting 10 minutes at zero minutes. I was disgusted and had to leave. Looking for a new place to get a haircut.

$65 to BLOW dry my hair? making my total $95!!!!! sorry great clips is not a $100 haircut and on top of that they are extremely rude. Had to leave in freezing weather with a wet head or they said I could pay an extra $65 and they didn’t tell me until after i paid $8 to get it washed. Sounds a lot like extortion to me. Never again. Actually quite gross.

Love the convenience, the care of their customers, the price went up a dollar, as they do every year. But they do run specials, they have senior discounts, The place is always clean. The Women that work there are very nice And personable. My favorite from day one, is Hilda! They do a very good job and you’re in and out in a quick amount of time. Their app is great, too, to make reservations, and they even tell you how long the wait is.

I asked Ashley to get me a very short cut because my hair is thinning and is not growing as much as I would like it to post chemo. She gave me different options and styles and I was extremely satisfied with the end result. Thank you Ashley. I love it!
