    As a plus size woman, I absolutely love the designs and quality of J.Crew merchandise. The ease of store pick up and returns is also appreciated.

    I shopped at the J. Crew store in Holmdel, NJ and was having trouble with my cc. The young associate Sofia was so kind and patient and waited till I called customer service and got it rectified. Kuddos to her and her patience and kindness. Actually all the sales associates that work there are very helpful!
