Worst place ever. The people who work there seem like they hate their job and they constantly close 15 to 30 minutes before actual closing time. It's terrible. If you advertise that you're going to be open until till a certain time, you should be open until that time. And this has happened to me on several occasions. Not a good business.

I have been shopping at this Kay Jewelers for many years now. Every time I walk in the door the representatives go above and beyond to assist me. Ellen, the store manager, has assisted me with repairs on my jewelry multiple occasions and always makes me feel comfortable, which is very important when dealing with your cherished items. She truly values customers and she is incredibly professional. I would highly recommend shopping at this location if you are looking for a top-of-the-line experience! 10 out of 10.
