I have been going here for years since they opened this one and I love it. The staff is super friendly and so helpful. The prices are decent but they have some really good deals most of the time. The store is always well organized and clean. I will be going back.

As a bigger woman I expected to have seen larger sizes! But while shopping there I saw sizes only up to 14/16. These sizes you can get in target, kohls! Not what I would expect from a large size woman's clothing store! Yet, they advertise sizes up to 30! NOT TRUE AT ALL MAYBE JUST A COUPLE OF TOPS.VERY MISLEADING!

I have purchased a lot of things from this store with the help of a few very nice sales people. However, today will be the last day I go into this store. When I entered the store I was told by a sales person that it may take a while to do returns because “of the system”. When I approached the desk the sales lady by the name of Irene flat out refused to do the return. She did not even greet me. She just barked,” Can’t do returns.” I said to her, “The other sales person said it may just take a while.” She refused to even try. I just drove 40 minutes to the store and was expecting a nice experience. I wanted to return three items and get a few other things. She was not even nice about it. As I left she yelled, “It’s not me. It’s the system.” Well, it may very well be that there is trouble with the system but at least trying to fulfill a customer’s request would not hurt even if it does take a while. But first and foremost this sales person’s attitude was the worst part of the experience. She was way off putting and needs to be re-educated about how to serve customers. I do not think Lane Bryant wants a person with an attitude like this to be the “face of their company” or a “first impression”. Furthermore, there is a sign on the door requesting customers wear masks. The 2 other sales people there were wearing masks. This sales person was not. It seems that if a store is going to request customers to be cautious about spreading Covid by wearing masks then a store’s employees should be doing the same. I will not shop here again. And I will be sure to tell my friends.

So, I will NEVER shop at this location again! And they may have ruined my great experience at Lane Bryant stores. I came in to return an order that I did not place online but it was initially placed in the store and they gave me a gift card even though I paid with cash. I ordered another one of these items and could've used that gift card to purchase it but when I called the person who answered the phone who NEVER gives their name but they ALWAYS ask you who you spoke with... said they would give whatever the initial payment was! This is why this store is always so empty! Terrible at customer service! I'm not even going to use the gift card, throwing it away!
