The customer service in this Lens Crafters is top notch. More than once, we have come in to this store and have been greeted by Caitlin and Salish and they go out of their way to assist. I am also impressed on how Harold and Salish are so patient and can get a pair of glasses that I have bent out of shape looking new again. A big thank you for always going above and beyond.

The Homdel Lenscrafters has historically provided the best service for years. I specifically travel to come to this location and I am never disappointed. We were greeted with kindness and received immediate assistance for repair of my broken glasses. The associate was able to fix my frames for the time-being until I get my new pair. I highly recommened coming to this LensCrafters location for all of your eyeglasses needs!

I have been a customer of the Holmdel store in the past but went in for an adjustment for glasses that were not purchased there. Salish, explained the risk of adjusting glasses that were not purchased there. Totally understandable I had him adjust my glasses anyway. He did an amazing job! And would not charge me. I have also purchased sunglasses in the past there and have to say that if you wear progressive lenses, they are the best fit I have ever had. Great store, exceptional, service.

Was able get new frames, the exact ones I wanted, with help from extremely friendly staff. They even went above and beyond to help me adjust my new frames so they fit like I wanted them to! I would give 6 stars if I could!
