I received the wrong kitchen cabinets. When I went to the store to see what happened why did I receive the wrong cabinets, salesman Anthony lied said I picked out a different one. Spoke with manager and he agreed salesman made a mistake. He elevated my issue to corporate and I was told nothing can be done you gotore expensive cabinets then you ordered. I tried to tell Eddie from corporate than the price didn't matter, I wanted the cabinets I ordered. He told me there will be no compensation for their mistake. Very disheartening. They don't care about their customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would but it won’t allow me to post with 0 stars.
Do not buy an appliance, especially a washing machine, at Lowe’s. I purchased a $1200 Samsung washing machine a year and a half ago. I purchased Lowe’s extended protection plan at an additional cost. In march 2024, the door was not closing properly but the machine worked. I was worried it might get worse so contacted Lowe’s.
The technicians they outsource are horrible. The first, A1 project Corp out of Brooklyn, NY, tried to jam the door in causing damage to the control panel. He tried to state that it was like that due to neglect. The second , Dependable appliance, Old Bridge, Nj confirmed the first technician damaged the machine further. He asked if we’d be interested in purchasing a used machine since our machine would take awhile to be repaired. No one filed any report. So now since March 20 I have no washing machine and no response from Lowe’s. I have called Lowe’s 10 times. They say they are escalating the situation every time I call. I am disgusted. Please can someone help me fix my washing machine or after all I have endured give me a credit or a new washing machine. I have 4 kids and one with special needs. How can anyone expect me to not have a washing machine for more than 2 months?

I have been going here for 30 years. The staff is so wonderful and caring. Always accommodating. They are average in price, definitely cheaper than the bigger veterinarians.

Discount plants for days! Although I don't take as many as I used to as they keep almost dead ones pretty pricey. 2 years ago they would mark them down to a quarter when they knew I'd take them all, it is a shame being they just thriw them in the dumpsters in the back anyhow.
But I do love Lowes ❤️

Nobody works here to help you, and the ones that do will call using the store intercom to send somebody else to help, then say it's not their problem when nobody comes.

I recently switched from Home depot to the local Lowes in Holmdel. Aside from having better prices the people who work there are way more helpful and friendly. One gentleman Miguel who I normally see in self checkout always makes it a point to say hello, share a laugh and make sure I found everything I needed. Because of he and the staff there I have no desire to return to Home Depot.
