“I came to this store a while ago and honestly it was very messy. It was hard to find what you needed and there was no one around to help.
I came back today and I noticed a big change. Everything looked much more organized. A girl in the shoe section helped me a lot. I can’t remember her name (it was a little hard to pronounce) but she told me she has Arab origins. She was very kind and helped me with a big smile.
I was trying to find a gift for my teenage daughter and I really didn’t know what she would like. She took her time and helped me choose something nice. People like that really make a difference. Even if you are not planning to buy something, good service like that makes you want to buy.
I just wanted to share that the improvement in the store is really noticeable.”

“25 mins. That is all it took to get me the suit that brought me confidence. Tatiana, actually listened to what my events and needs were, then tailored(no pun intended) my needs. Most think, it’s just a suit…I did too. But honestly, I was wrong. She saw an image and slowly opened my eyes to it. I’m not gonna lie, you gonna pay…but you paying for what you get. Never had a problem with their suits. Thank you team and thank Tatiana. Congrats on getting engaged!!!”
