Racist lady with a white bob hair do pushed us out the door. A door we did not unlock. We walked in like any white family does everyday. And yet we were physically accosted. We do. Not come to old navy for prejudice. We understand English and would have respected a simple sorry we're closed. Physically putting your hands on patrons should be against Old Navy policy if it's not already

The lady that picked up had a bad attitude I asked a simple question about if I would make it there in time before stores closes and she was plain nasty so I didn’t further the convo please fix employees who feel entitled to not talk to people with respect, I’ll just stop at Khols I’m trying to give your store money and you loose people when you have disgusting customer service.

Was rushing me and very rude for no reason. Ruined my experience. I walked out feeling disgusted and mortified. I loved Old Navy but this woman was terrible to me and my friends.

I came in on Wednesday and I was greeted with the most beautiful smile by this employee who i later asked for his name... it was Adam. He helped me find the most beautiful shirt for this dinner i was attending later that afternoon, being a mother with five kids its been awhile since i've shopped for myself but this Adam worker really helped me and was patient with me, he really made this environment welcoming as i've dealt with some rude workers at this establishment. I think retail needs to hire more like him.

Shopped for 2 hours and check out person couldn't fill the information from my license for a credit card application.I didn't get approved because she spelled my name wrong. No discount for me!I ended up leaving.ZERO COMMON SENSE, AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY!Old navy isn't that great anyway.
