Terrible manager. Jessy who refused to give me last name on the phone. She and her associates discriminated my hubby and my 5 years old girl when they wanted to buy 2 gold fishes. My daughter has a one gallon tank at home and only has one gold fish. Jessy refused to sell the two gold fishes to my daughter because she thinks the tank is small. She is discriminated because my hubby is disability ( can’t take too much) and my girl is only 5 years old. Very terrible, can’t imagine Middletown has such terrible store!

I utilize the training, grooming and vet services here and they are all wonderful and affordable. As for grooming, this is the only place my puppy does not have an issue with. She is afraid at other groomers for some reason but very happy here! Everything about the Holmdel location has been wonderful.

In store pick up, for orders placed on line, is not convenient. I understand why people order on line and wait in their car to receive their items, because it is easier than standing in line to get the items they've already purchased. The problem is that you still have to wait about as long as you would if you went into the store to pick up your items that you purchased on line. They are understaffed because the minimum wage in NJ is more than double the federal minimum wage, making it hard for retailers to offer any type of benefit/incentive to potential employees. The fact that NJ thinks anyone can survive on $15.13 an hour is ridiculous.

Mandy is a real assetI haven’t owned the dog in many years, and needed a lot of help with my new golden doodle. I decided to get training for my family and I, and we have learned a lot. My classes with Mandy were wonderful, and having a disability and learning how to train a dog is not easy. Mandy has always been very helpful, understanding, and patient. She has taught my family, and me many things, and Rocky, my dog, is improving all the time. We owe it all to Mandy.

I went here to shop for fish with my family to make a beautiful aquarium and half of the fish were dead. Almost every tank had a dead fish stuck in the filter floating around. I was so upset by this sight. To most people fish are pets just like a dog and cat not just feeder fish. Horrible

Very friendly. Customer service is superb! I'm getting worried over wet cat food not a very big selection.I also adopted my kittens from here in July and when my dog was alive used the vetenarian service. All around I love PetSmart

Stephanie is just amazing! We love the styles and especially the paws. We were lucky that she was the first stylist we went to when Maverick first went for grooming!I hope she doesn’t plan on going anywhere else because we will have to follow where she leads ?

All staff is very kind and helpful. Rico had his first grooming appointment today and he looks like a new guy and smells like a cookie! Thank you to Sandra and to all the staff, for taking such good care of him.
