I have been with PNC since it was Mid lantic on the other side of 35. Customer service is nonexistent there. I tried to cash some EE bonds there and was told NO. Unreal it’s the straw that broke camels back for me

My young daughter went to deposit her earnings for the week at this branch. She told me a teller helped her since she didn’t know what to do yet. Also the lady teller brought to her attention that an odd older man kept looking at her in a strange manner. She told her to be careful and offered to walk out with her to her car. This touched my heart and am very grateful to that lady. This was above and beyond. My regret is that she didn’t get the name of the lady.

They notarized a document for me;went back a few days later and someone else refused to notarize a similar document. Not loyal to long time customers.

One of the worst customers service I ever seen at any bank , after being a customer with pnc for over than 20 years the workers at pnc Holmdel refused to notarise a litter for me claiming that the notary public at the bank only for bank related . I did notarise my document at other bank in less than 3 min

Have been trying to get answers to some loan questions. Absolutely no help from Consumer Escalation Dept. have called 4 times with no response. No adequate answers from branch personnel I spoke to. Will be going back and escalating my inquiries. May need to involve my lawyer if I can't get answers.
