Ben is undoubtedly one of Safeguard's managerial superstars and deserves praise for his exceptional customer service skills. He exemplifies Safeguard's core values; he "cares about the customer."

First and foremost, Ben is a beloved and well-respected member of the community of Holmdel and its surrounding areas. Particularly for his commitment, volunteerism and dedication to make our neighborhoods a better place to live for our kids and future generations. We also have one thing in common, I have known Ben since the day he was hired and when I opened my account/lease nearly 20-years ago. I vividly recall when I first visited your Holmdel facility and met him. He was very professional, courteous, personable, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and fully committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Over the years whenever I have queries about my storage unit or how to store or protect specific belongings, he always goes above and beyond answering all of my questions. Ben is an amazing person to talk to, positive, kind, and will help you get the correct storage needs. Additionally, Ben maintains this facility immaculately and is always available and eager to help customers - always professional and friendly.

I recently rented at Safeguard Self Storage for my self-storage needs, and overall, it was a positive experience.The facility is easily accessible with ample parking. I appreciated the extended hours, which will make it easy to visit my unit whenever needed. The site is well-secured with surveillance cameras, I feel confident that my belongings are safe. The storage units are clean and well-maintained. It’s clear that they take pride in the upkeep of the facility. Ben and Dan are fantastic and they answered all my questions and made the rental process smooth and straightforward. I would highly recommend this storage location

Great rental experience. Ben and Dan were great. Very friendly and knowledgeable at the same time. Facility was immaculate and definitely a lot cleaner than any others I have been to! Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Great storage facility with a pleasant and very helpful customer service team. I thought the facility was brand new because it is so clean and well maintained. Turns out it is twenty years in business and that is even more impressive! Great affordable pricing too!

My family and I have stored at Safeguard on and off for YEARS and every time the experience is fantastic. The two managers Ben and Dan are always very friendly, helpful, and keep the facility so clean. It gives me an additional sense of security to see the same faces working there. I highly recommend this storage location.

Well the manager was very good at explaining everything I needed..He walked me up to the unit to make sure it fit my needs..Then told me about all the resources I had to use in the facility and how to use it..Paying and getting the unit was very easy. I am glad I picked this place. I would give 10 stars if I could.
