Bathroom is dirty and no soap. For a business charging premium prices, the luxury feel is killed by a lack of cleanliness. I did let an associate know. They indicated the manager was busy and they'd pass it on. The associate says it happens often and the managers don't really do much about it too quickly.

Julisa from Lancôme Is amazing I felt so confident she went over everything with me as she was applying it spot on with my foundation color that I always have a problem with. I would definitely suggest making an appointment for a makeover with her. You will not be disappointed I promise thanks Julisa.!!!!

I called to.make appointment and explained what we wanted. I was told to book online. Which I did. We went in for appointment and went over everything where I clearly explained and showed what we wanted. After beginning color I saw we were definitely not getting what we wanted. When I explained to stylist she was not nice at all. I explained I would've paid an upcharge or changed appointment so we could have what my 10 yr old wanted. Not even an apology from her. She spoke to another client the entire time not giving my daughter more than 5 mins of conversation. Her first experience was not good at all! Very very disappointed! The front desk attempted to help and apologized. Very sweet girl. But unfortunately still left unhappy and disappointed. We used Patricia (Trish).

The customer service at this location is horrible. Ms. Beth (cashier) is unprofessional and ignorant. I’m shocked that she was so incredibly rude and laughed in my face right infront of the “store manager” who was behind her at the register and no proper action was taken.

Went in today with my mom and found everything we needed successfully. After we finished checking out, there was a huge storm awaiting us outside. The amazing team here noticed I had just gotten my hair done prior and offered me a shower cap so it would not get ruined. Props to these amazing girls!

Michelle and Caroline made my day yesterday. I was greeted immediately as I walked in and asked if I needed help—which I did! I wanted to exchange a perfume I was gifted, but I wasn’t sure what I wanted instead. I explained to Michelle what fragrances I liked and she magically found the perfect perfume for me (Gucci Flora). Caroline processed my exchange so smoothly. Both ladies were so kind and friendly and I appreciated them so much!

NEVER BOOK THEM for special occasion hair & makeup. Was having them do my hair and make up for bridal shower and then they call me on the morning of saying the stylist has called out sick and asked me to reschedule. So unbelievably unprofessional.

Hair salon is terrible. Went for a blowout - my hair was wet on the bottom and frizzy. She used tons of product and my hair felt so greasy. Sprayed a ton of hair spray. Absolutely terrible.
