Terrible experience with this “company”! They claim to sell 'new' factory-sealed equipment, but it's actually refurbished or used.After purchasing the RCF Evox 12…they refused to replace it or take any responsibility by ignoring my emails and making the time go by to Avoid at all costs… trust me it took me almost 10 MONTHS to resolve this case!!…

I've purchased from KPODJ a few times over the last decade and every experience has been great. I just recently bought a pair of RCF Evox 12. The process of ordering and financing through Affirm was seamless. As soon as the paperwork was taken care of, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service provided. Jason from KPODJ personally delivered the sound system and even carried it into my garage, which was beyond my expectations. The service was top-notch, and the price was unbeatable. A big thank you to Jason and everyone at KPODJ for their professionalism and for making this process so enjoyable. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for DJ equipment.

Buyer beware! Ordered a factory sealed speaker and received open box. Returned speaker and got charged huge restocking fee and shipping both ways. They said they always open to check for power chord and proper packing!! If you don't mind losing up to 30 percent of your original money go ahead and order from them.

Big restocking and return shipping fees. Received open box rather than factory sealed. They failed to cancel another speaker before shipping and then charged restocking and return fees. I experienced poor communication. Requested break down multiple times of charged amount but never received a response. Will not order from them again.

KPODJ customer service is 100% guaranteed one the best! Michael Mark from KPODJ sent me an invoice right away for the ProX DJ Podium and the VIP price was better than the competitors. I paid it right away and he got it sent out the same day. The Podium came time for my gig and I live in California. Quality service and on time shipping!

After spilling a whole drink in my controller I had to order a new controller.... Kpodj had my new controller to my door by the end of the week.... Being a professional DJ with a bar residency..... Bought two of the Evox 12 on our way up to a job in Port Jervis. Great customer service, everyone was cool. We called 15 min before arrival and they had them on display. My man was playing bangerz, too. Come check them out and check out my boy @joeystylesdj if you're on Long Island.

These guys are a rip off horrible customer service is the worst i have ever received.hopefully you don't have a problem with your purchase because if you do they will screw you with the return fees even if the product is defective please for your own good buy from some other company 750 purchase and they charge me a 175.00 return fee.
