“October 2025: Dana was so helpful and patient and extremely nice. She really knows her stuff! I’m came in and almost bought the wrong exterior paint. She informed me that due to the temps dropping below 50 that it might not cure properly. I’called my painter and he agreed! Dana then proceeded to make my paint and fulfill my order. This is old school customer service that I’m getting here and I am so happy for it!! Dear manager : when giving out raises or bonuses be sure to give one to Dana! They don’t make ‘em like that anymore!”
“A simple review. The store was not crowded, so my service was immediate. I had called the store a few days prior, spoke to a sales associate, and asked for him when I went to the store.He was very helpful on the phone, and subsequently provided excellent service at the store assisting me with the selection of deck stain. This was especially important to me because this was my first experience with deck stain and I had many questions (type, color, application, care...) that were knowledgeably answered.”
