“By far the best post office. I absolutely love the ladies in the front. Millie and Shawnt’e are the sweetest and so helpful. I don’t live in Wharton but I’ll always go to this post office just because of these beauties! So kind and friendly.”

I went in yesterday because I had lost my receipt for a package I mailed out, and I desperately needed the tracking number. What felt like an impossible situation, Postmaster John Porada was able to solve. He went above and beyond to help me, and I am so grateful for his kindness and patience.
I also want to mention how friendly the entire staff is. From John to William, to the sweet woman at the front counter with the beautiful blue eyes (I don’t know her name yet) — every single person is warm, helpful, and welcoming. Usually when I visit other post offices the employees seem rushed or a little rude, but that is not the case here.
I’ll never go to another post office. I’m truly happy to have found this one!”
“I had an issue with a package (sender's fault). Created a service request on the USPS website. The next day I received a call from the postmaster and I was able to pick up my package. Thank you for your help resolving this issue.”

“Hopatcong post office took care of delivery problem I had; staff is always super friendly & helpful. I had a package that was “undeliverable” and Hopatcong tracked it down and delivered however Dover post office was at fault from the beginning. Hopatcong took the liberty of handling the problem. In all the years I have been a resident I never ever had a problem with Hopatcong post office. It’s always Dover. Why?”
