He helps me in any way he can and I never feel like a bother. I definitely recommend this UPS Store! TY to Mihir for being a great human. “I had such a great experience at this post office that I had to leave a review. I went in yesterday because I had lost my receipt for a package I mailed out, and I desperately needed the tracking number. What felt like an impossible situation, Postmaster John Porada was able to solve. He went above and beyond to help me, and I am so grateful for his kindness and patience.
I also want to mention how friendly the entire staff is. From John to William, to the sweet woman at the front counter with the beautiful blue eyes (I don’t know her name yet) — every single person is warm, helpful, and welcoming. Usually when I visit other post offices the employees seem rushed or a little rude, but that is not the case here.
I’ll never go to another post office. I’m truly happy to have found this one!”

“Hopatcong post office took care of delivery problem I had; staff is always super friendly & helpful. I had a package that was “undeliverable” and Hopatcong tracked it down and delivered however Dover post office was at fault from the beginning. Hopatcong took the liberty of handling the problem. In all the years I have been a resident I never ever had a problem with Hopatcong post office. It’s always Dover. Why?”
