“They accepted the estimates from my insurance promptly - no delays due to parts or squabbling about labor charges like the other shop, my car was ready 6 days earlier than the estimated 2 weeks, warranty on parts & repair...informed me upfront on fees if using credit card to pay, to me the no-surprises way of doing things is extremely pleasing. Overall excellent work & courteous service. When picking-up, I did have to ask for someone to walk me through everything that was done on the car and someone did do that, probably most others don't look for this.”

“By default, after an accident in Flemington, my car got towed here. I was not getting my car repaired here ultimately, but I needed to deal with insurance and arrange for another tow. The woman in the office was extremely helpful, letting me sit at her desk and use her phone to make necessary arrangements. Then she got on the phone with insurance to finalize arrangements, and she helped me with the necessary paperwork to present to my insurance company. I am extremely appreciative of the kindness and assistance in a stressful situation, when I was not even their customer. Good customer service is rare, but Art's had mastered the "art" of helping the public.”
“Dave runs hell of a show at All Repairs Unlimited. He is best person to speak to on planet Earth. Give him any car he will dissect it up for you whether it's a motorhaul, transmission swap, any other repair, etc. No gimmicks here it is what is honest upfront. I told him I need new Mounts for my Jeep. He said let us have a look at it thouroughly first before moving forward. You can't go wrong with Dave at all. We had a very long conversation that's what tells me that Dave goes above and beyond each customer's expectation. Above A1 customer service. He has done MBA course on customer service. Great place, atmosphere and above all Dave and other employees whoever will treat you like their own family member once you are inside their shop.”

“I just had a great experience when my transmission broke and I was stranded in Ringwood N.J. That is a sentence that I never thought I would ever say. The Statefarm emergency response was immediate. The tow company arrived shortly after and I was delivered to the car dealer in record time. We are talking 2 hrs from breakdown in Ringwood to delivery in Morristown. The tow company personnel were great.”

“Great customer service!! I never write reviews however my experience was that great that i had to let you guys know how happy I was!! I don’t know much about cars and was extremely worried about what the damages were going to be and the cost. Matt broke down everything in a way that even I can understand it! Service was extremely fast and price was very reasonable. Anyone looking up reviews and trying to find a place where your car needs work, I highly recommend this place.
